The dentist spoke with me and offered two options for an appointment the same day. I arrived for the appointment, and I was greeted by receptionist she was friendly and attentive. There was a minimal weight that allowed me to complete the registration forms, and the dental technician brought me straight to an exam room. The dentist was friendly and immediately examined the bridge. X-rays were taken and the dentist briefed me using the x-rays to show me the problem. She offered 2 solutions as I am from out of state. She was very clear and explained both options. This is Thursday evening 5PM, I have an appointment to get the preparation and temporary bridge with impressions for the finished product on Saturday morning. To say the least I am grateful for the super quick appointment and the kindness the dentist and staff afforded to me. My bridge had to have broken so I could meet the Dr. Vundavalli who is a wonderful and kind person. I would recommend anyone needing emergency work, or just a great dental office for hygiene, maintenance or cosmetics this is a great office.

When I first met him he seemed kind and knowledgeable so I put down $8,000 to get started. They also offered no interest financing that made the whole thing affordable for me. During the planning process, I didn't realize at first that he was guiding me to make choices that were different than what I really wanted. Then, when mistakes were made, he would tell me that it wasn't a mistake or that I had caused it. I was constantly having to fight him on everything. The surgeries were extremely painful and he was not providing adequate pain control for post surgical pain. When the top section of teeth were completed, it was very obviously slanted. See photo #1. I spent two years begging to have that problem fixed. Finally he had that bridge re-done but though it was partially corrected, it still wasn't straight. See photo 2. When all the teeth were installed, the teeth from top to bottom did not match. The upper arch was wider than the lower arch and he said there was nothing he could do about that. I also have a full mouth scan showing how irregular the final installment is. He and Ricki promised to refund me for the upper bridge, but that was never given and they will not respond to my efforts to contact them.

My appointment was at 5:30 PM, which I have confirmation texts for, but they didn't start preparing me until around 7:30 PM. Meena initially told me they were behind because they accepted a walk-in before my appointment, despite knowing I had been fasting all day for sedation. Later, she claimed my appointment was actually at 6:30 due to a "miscommunication." When I complained about the delay, she told me it was okay because the procedure would only take 10 minutes, even though the dentist had previously told me removing all four wisdom teeth would take 40-60 minutes. Once I was brought back, they took my blood pressure over my thick sweater with my legs crossed, with the SpO monitor on the same arm. As a nursing student, this immediately stood out to me. My biggest concern was the IV. The dentist palpated for my veins with his bare hands. When I asked if he was going to put gloves on, he told me gloves made difficult veins harder to feel and then attempted the IV without them. After touching the area with his bare fingers, he did not clean the site again before inserting the needle. He also never introduced himself and audibly groaned when I told him I had difficult veins. After one IV attempt, he gave me medication under my tongue. I was under the impression it was only to calm me down before trying the IV again. Nobody clearly explained what I was being given or how sedating it would be. I later learned it was a benzodiazepine, and I barely remember the rest of that night. I could then hear staff arguing nearby about the fact that I was supposed to receive IV sedation. At that point, I told them I did not feel safe continuing and wanted to leave. Staff repeatedly tried to convince me to stay. After I left, the surgeon even called asking me to come back because I had already taken the medication and "might as well stay." During that call, he explained that I would start feeling under the influence and that the medication would begin the sedation process, information I wish had been clearly explained before I took it. The office was also extremely cramped and unfinished, and I was told they were still moving things in and making repairs. I understand that offices run behind and IVs can be difficult. It was the combination of everything and how it was handled that made me leave. When I'm trusting someone to sedate me and perform surgery, I need to feel safe, informed, and respected. Unfortunately, I did not feel that way here.

Dr. Atul honored the agreed upon pricing and completed the implant on time and on budget. Because she did a good job, my next procedure was to replace my 3-tooth bridge which was quite old and in need of replacement. During this process, complications developed, attributed to the age of the existing bridge and metal structure, Dr, Atul had the skills to manage through these complications and in the process honored the agreed upon pricing, effectively choosing to waive the added costs from managing the complications. I am writing this review because the Doctor went above and beyond to deliver a quality dental effort on time and on budget. At my daughter's first appointment, they only took X-rays and did not provide the cleaning we expected. They tried to recommend multiple additional services, but never provided us with a clear treatment plan. We specifically requested the treatment plan and were told it would be sent to us. More than ten days passed, and we received nothing despite following up. We then asked for copies of my daughter's X-rays so we could move forward with another dentist. She had to call three separate times. Every single time, they promised the X-rays would be sent by the end of the day, and every time they failed to do so. What makes this especially frustrating is that my daughter is leaving home for college. We made this appointment specifically to take care of her dental needs before she left. After waiting so many days with no followthrough she now doesn't even have enough time to get her cleaning done before leaving. Their lack of follow-up wasted weeks of our time and delayed my daughter's dental care. Based on our experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend this office.
