Showed up during normal business hours and the sign said open, but the door was locked. I tried calling the number a few times and knocking, but nobody answered. I left a voicemail with no response. I would recommend not wasting your time with this business. Multiple reviews said garments were not done on time, I can see why when the business is not even available to answer their phone or open their doors for customers during advertised open hours. read more

Never. Again. Took my bridesmaid's dress to have altered and had about a month before I needed it. Eduardo assured me he could get it done, took the deposit and began to pin. I went to pick up the dress yesterday and he looked at me and told me it wasn't done. Now, I'm reasonable enough to realize that things happen that could delay the process, but I was not contacted at all! He would have been aware at the VERY LEAST the day of that it wouldn't be completed as promised, but couldn't even pick up the phone to let me know. Very unprofessional. All I ask is that if a completion day changes, to please communicate with me. When asked to adjust the final bill because it wasn't ready, he offered $10 off. We settled on $20, but after the headache and stress that it caused, the final $120 bill wasn't worth it. As a sidenote, beware. I found out after this incident that he was arrested in 2015 for inappropriately touching women during their fittings/alterations. read more

I will never be able to thank Eduardo enough for what he was able to do for me and my bridesmaids dress in merely three days time. Long story short, I had a horrific experience with another alteration company who made my dress look ridiculous in an attempt to put a small corset on the back. I can't even describe how bad it was. I was so discouraged, embarassed, and feeling so hopeless about the dress given the wedding is this upcoming Saturday. Nevertheless, I made a desperate phone call to Eduardo in absolute tears asking for help. He had me come in that night, and two days later he had completely fixed the dress, gave it a new zipper, fitted it to my body, and made me feel confident in it. Not to mention, it was fair and affordable given what he did in such a short period of time. It was obvious he was really committed to turning my situation around and actually cared about me leaving happy. He even gave me a hug when I picked up and told me no more crying! Eduardo--you are one of a kind! I am forever grateful for you. I absolutely recommend this place. He does incredible work and genuinely wants people to leave happy. I took a double layered blouse in....that had shrank on the outer layer. I asked the Tailor if he could sew on some frilly lace that I picked up at the fabric store. He did a beautiful job on the project. It turned out better then I could have even imagined. 5 STARS !! read more

I brought my wedding dress here for alterations and I could not be happier with the results. They were so nice and willing to work with me during multiple appointments to get everything perfect. I have been going here for years now. I've given him some of the most ridiculous and random requests. Every single time he has told me he can do it, and the end results are always BETTER than I'm expecting. It's obvious he is at the top of his profession. He's the only tailor I'll go to (I used to live in the area - now I drive 45 mins to get there) and I've given him probably 20 pairs of jeans to hem over the years. From crazy cosplay repairs and alteration requests to asking him to turn a t-shirt into a tank top sized and shaped identical to another tank top that I love. His results are PERFECT. I still have jeans he hemmed like 5 years ago that are in great shape and have zero issues with the stitching. He's super friendly and I feel like his pricing is great given the quality of his work. Note that he has a super thick accent as English is clearly not his first language, but if you just ask for clarification he's never offended and will likely phrase what he's saying differently. Also of note, he does NOT take credit card. I always have to remind myself to grab cash before picking my stuff up. There's a Walgreens right down the road with an ATM inside though if you forget. I have also noticed that over time he has become much more busy. I would recommend you give him plenty of time to finish your request if it's time sensitive, and call in periodically to remind him and double check that it will be completed on time if you have a deadline to meet. Personally, nothing I've ever taken to him has required a strict deadline so I typically tell him "whenever" when he asks me when I need it, but I've noticed my "whenever" becoming a longer wait over the years. Eduardo did a FLAWLESS job on my gown that I needed for a corporate awards night! I gave it to him last minute, yet he was able to get it done and the dress fit me as if it was made for me (and it was....) I couldnt have been happier, if the price is too much for you, just know its worth it for the attention to detail they give here! Very impressed! read more

I bought a very high quality Italian suit for $15 from the goodwill. It was WAY oversized, but I figured it was worth the risk. I came back to pick it up a week later and he had literally rebuilt the suit for a custom fit just for me. I mean he took the material from the old suit and made a whole new suit. Definitely above and beyond what I was expecting. This is a guy who takes pride in his craft and I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended! read more

First and last time I will use them. First, they charged $75 to hem my dress, then when I went to pick it up on the scheduled date of completion, it was not done. I was asked to return 4 hours later to pick it up. They had it for over a week! I tried it on when I got home and it is still too long. UGH! And I leave for the event out of town TOMORROW! Eduardo's work is IMPECCABLE. He does his tailoring the right way, doesn't take the short cuts or "easy way outs" that many other tailors take, with superior results. Every single item he has tailored for me has been absolutely perfect in both fit and workmanship, and you can't even tell they have been altered. Fitted shirts, a velvet blazer, a vintage jacket, dance pants, shoulders, collars, hems, sleeves, moving and replacing buttons... everything he has done has been flawless. I have used two other Dublin tailors in the past, with disappointing (and sometimes ridiculous) results. But since I found Eduardo two years ago, I would never trust my alterations to anyone else. I was recently a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding and I needed to get my dress altered. I looked at the reviews and decided to come here. He was very nice and I was pinned appropriately for him to do the alterations. I gave it to him 3 weeks in advance. He told me it would be done 2 days before the wedding. I showed up the day after it was to be ready and he had not touched the dress! He apologized and fixed it that day but when I spoke to him about adjusting the price because of this error, he refused. I was very impressed with the quality and speed. I only needed a pair of jeans and cords hemmed. I brought them in on Tuesday morning at 10:30. He said I could pick them up on Friday. I got a call at 4:00 on Tuesday and he said they were ready! He did an excellent job. read more
