Nelson has so far knocked it out of the park on all fronts. He communicated via text and phone calls before coming out to work to ensure we had everything we needed. He showed up on time, when promised and did not rush through the jobs. We had him install a whole house surge protector on our main panel, swap out a faulty breaker, and mount an Amazon tablet to our wall. He worked efficiently and cleaned up as he went. He also gave us some advice and insight, as well as a quote, for other miscellaneous projects around the house (installing electrical for a bidet and a recessed electric fireplace). Nelson communicated very well, is professional, friendly, honest, and prices his jobs fairly. While he was working here, we talked about his past experience working for Amazon corporate at an impressive level. He knows codes and permitting in multiple states very well.
