My spouse and I closed on our new-build house in May 2021, in Palm Springs. Our home is part of the Miralon community. Unfortunately, the builder did not include overhead lighting in any of the bedrooms, although the spaces were wired for lighting fixture installation. Suffice it to say that the only lighting we had in our primary suite was provided by bedside lamps. :( We had an electrician who responded to a past request to install our new fixtures (ceiling fans) in the bedrooms. He showed up, but after removing the fixture cover in one of our guest bedrooms, he said that he needed different parts and would have to return at a later date. He never returned to finish the work. Today, 9/6/2022, I decided to start my new search for a licensed and insured electrician. I found Cliff Fisher Electric. To my surprise, the lady (Dale) who answered my call was not only informative, but engendered a level of trust that was discernably absent in other interactions that I've had when calling different electricians/businesses. She gave me the direct (mobile) number to Cliff Fisher who...get this... answered my call! Cliff was professional, and dependable, right out the gate! Not only did he respond to my home the SAME DAY, but he sent over Bobby Lee (electrician) and Todd (assistant) who exhibited the same level of professionalism as the owner. I was visiting my 92 year old grandparents last week when the electricity went off in their double wide. It was after hours on a Friday night and although I first asked my grandpa to reset the breakers before calling Cliff, 92 year old's are sometimes forgetful and he only reset one set before we called Cliff for his help. Cliff was kind enough to walk me and my grandpa through resetting ALL the breakers in the double wide, BEFORE charging us for coming out.
