I really appreciated the advice, because some of the other places I called were considerably less helpful. Then when I got there I was greeted by the cutest little doggy! She kept me company while they worked on The window (10 min total). After they finished the guy reported that the crack hadn't been fully sealed due to dirt and other obstructions in the crack. The owner told me that while it was somewhat fixed, it wasn't perfect so he wouldn't charge me. I was shocked! Come here for good honest customer service. Also, he said if the crack ever starts growing to bring it back. I def will.

This didn't seem like it would be an issue, as the customer service lady was very helpful and she read back the details of the new location, and everything seemed fine. The day of the service, they ended up canceling the appointment, without much of an explanation, if any. They did, however, put it on their website that WE canceled go no reason, even though THEY were the ones who canceled. We rescheduled, and they actually showed up for the appointment. Unfortunately, after the tech had removed the mirror, they then told my wife that they couldn't finish, because it might rain (it didn't). I rescheduled, yet again. On the day of the new appointment, I patiently waited, and they didn't show up. When I called, the rep on the phone said she was unable to contact either the local store OR the tech. She then advised that she emailed the store. They then called my wife and stated that they would be here in 30 minutes or so. A half hour later, they called her again and asked if we'd be home in another two and a half hours. She said that we would. An hour later, they called her again and said that it would be after 6:00 pm. It is now almost 4:30 pm. I guess we'll see what happens next.
