I called every dealership and two mechanics in town, all of which were weeks to months out from being able to look at it. One last shot and I called this crew. "Sure, drop it off in two days and we'll keep it for the day". Arrived two days later, the head mechanic jumped in with me and listened to the noise. It was faint but he heard it. Good thing for me because it saved me from making weird noises in front of experienced people! Got the truck back two days later after having been told exactly what's wrong, what will later on fail, and how much it will cost to fix it. Agreed on price and picked up the truck. I called them on it, after 2 days, still could not fix it, and tried to blame the truck. It never had this problem before their work. They threatened that if anyone else worked on the truck they would not honor their worthless warranty. 2 major problems they caused. First the fuel injector clips were not installed correctly, and the fuel line was not correctly seated.
