First time here and it was an impulse purchase. I was next-door at a different store and I was walking to my car and I decided to go in and check them out. I had no idea that it was made to order donuts. I love the fact that you can pick out your own flavors I'm not a huge donut fan as I don't enjoy the thought of eating something that has been sitting out since I don't know what time. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean as far as I could tell .

    -licious!!

Donuts were great as usual. First time in this location. Service was quick and easy. No one in line, quiet store and offered coffee. If it wasn't so early, more customers would have been there I am sure. Would have liked to see folks properly dressed behind the counter. Seeing people pajamas in public always throws me off, especially behind the counter in food places with no apron present. Only critique would be that staff should be properly dressed. I've never walked into a Krispy Kreme and seen someone in PJs and crocs. Presentation matters, especially in food service. Food- 10/10 Service- 7/10 Ambiance- 8/10 Happy Eating!

Great freshly made cake donuts that are fantastic Customer service is impeccable. Very patient. It's a donut place so don't try the sandwiches on English muffin.

My project manager brought these in once and everyone went berserk! I'd never even heard of this place, so I was excited to try. Duck Donuts didn't disappoint. Everyone ranted and raved over the savory-sweet combo of the maple bacon, but I passed. I grabbed raspberry (something or other) and blueberry cake (something or other) Yum! __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

The hardworking donut-toppings-putter-onner workers behind the counter! Note the CLEAN shiny countertop!

Still a solid 4 STARS for this Woodbridge location for all the same reasons mentioned in my first review. Duck Donuts is Duck Donuts - from location to location, you get the same consistent donut taste and quality. DDonuts are delicious cakey donuts (not glazed like Crispy Crème or Dunkin) that are SERVED WARM right out of the deep fryer gizmo then hand decorated one-by-one with a gazillion combos of icing flavors and toppings. Go wild, use your imagination and create your own flavor bomb or...be like me and pick from a list of customer favorites. LOVE the Maple Bacon - sweet and salty goodness! PATIENCE IS KEY HERE especially if you're waiting in a long line. Customized donuts, one by one, take time - so be aware. Just sayin'. But totally worth the wait! They're just so pretty to look at but even better to sink your teeth into. I always get mine BEFORE my dinner outing here at the town center when there's no line and I can breeze in and out with a box of goodies in hand. I'm sure if you come later, after dinner, you'll encounter everyone wanting one for an after dinner treat so you'll probably end up waiting in line. Buy a bunch and take them home - they keep well for several days. Throw 'em in the microwave for a few seconds and they're warm and good as new! Or freeze them and defrost (then nuke) one at a time.

Duck Donuts are so good, really hits that sweet tooth craving. There doughnuts are so soft and delicious. The glaze and the Twix flavors are so good and included in my favorites.

Maple Bacon me pleaseeeeeee!! I had a serious craving for two Maple Bacon donuts and I knew I had to pop in and satisfy my craving! Took a minute to order but it looked like it was due to them being lightly staffed but all in all the wait was minimal. I enjoy that the donuts are freshly made and you can see them getting your order together as you wait. I got a iced caramel macchiato and it was okay. The store was clean and they have some seating as well. Pay attention to the number on your ticket becausse that is how you will know your order is ready.

If you have a sweet tooth, you will likely love the Duck Donut experience. They have a menu with endless options of donuts, and on top of that, there is also the option to customise your own! This would be super fun for kids and also adults that love donuts and sugary treats! You have the option of eating the donuts that are freshly made in store, or take them home to share with family and friends. The service was good; and the donuts are prepared in front of you, so that also adds to the experience and the ambiance.

    Time for coffee.

I bought a dozen to share and somehow made it home with three and a story that started with, "They must have shorted me." Amazing staff. Incredible doughnuts. This is one of Lorton's hidden gems. But let me give you one piece of advice: Get there EARLY. Nothing hurts more than walking in with your heart set on an apple fritter, only to watch the person in front of you buy the last one. Baby, that's the kind of disappointment you think about all day. Buy extras. Trust me. These doughnuts will have you saying things you don't mean and protecting your box like it's family heirlooms. They provided suggestions, but my heart (and belly) needed a chocolate frosted and buttermilk donut. The latter was delicious, the chocolate frosted was a little dry. I didn't realize until after the fact that they carried Lavazza coffee. I'll have to try it next time! I think it's safe to say I pretty much finished the first donut before I even left the store! There's plenty in parking available, shared by neighboring stores. Would I return? If I am in the area? Yes!

Ive been coming here for many years.. employees have for the most part been nice…read more The nice thing is the location is easy to get to, it is a combined baskin and dunkin location, and literally open 24 hours, as well as a drive-thru. Unfortunately, there have been a lot of issues with employees not answering phones at this location. It is a 24 hour location, but even if you call during the evening like between 7pm till 12am, many times they dont even answer the phone. This is especially frustrating because it is a longer drive than other dunkin locations, and sometimes for higher demand or new, limited edition items you need to know if items you want are in stock. If employees dont answer the phone, and you drive there and items are gone then its a big waste of time. Also, sometimes they dont even have the new baskin Robbins flavor of the month, or, only have one of the two or three new flavors available. They unfortunately do not update the stock of items on their mobile app either. Normally the dunkin app informs you as to which items are still in stock at a particular location- but this system has to be updated throughout the day by employees at the store. The mobile app will tell you all the items are fully stocked at this location and available to order- and then you place the order, drive there, find out the items are not in stock- then the employees claim they arent even able to refund you for the order and tell you to contact dunkin mobile app support for assistance- which can work out but not with the regularity this location sells out of stock items for- the mobile app customer service will get suspicious if you continuously reach out requesting refunds for orders- even if the real cause of the refund requests is the store employees asking you to contact them. These ongoing issues caused some frustration with this location over the years, and I was willing to overlook it and continue coming here, until the final straw. For years, if you ordered an iced latte or iced refresher of any kind, and asked for no ice, they would gladly oblige you and give you a drink with no ice and still fill it up to the top. However, a few months back, I asked for no ice on an iced matcha latte- this time the person on the drive thru speaker informed me that if I were to get no ice on the drink, they would only fill half the cup with the latte. I asked why, and asked if he could still fill the cup all the way. The employee said no, but said he could just do less ice instead of no ice, and still fill the cup all the way. I accepted his offer, and continued with the order. I got my latte, drank it, and, literally half the cup was full of ice. Which is completely ridiculous. I was also confused as to how this amount of ice is considered "less ice". I think the stereotype of dunkin is that it is a cheaper restaurant than places like starbucks, panera, or paris baguette. But it actually isnt. Their large iced latte costs around $6.00, is a 32 oz cup, and is roughly the same price as what starbucks would charge you for a similarly sized latte. Ive seen the milk dunkin uses for their lattes, and its just standard non organic whole milk you can find at any grocery store. Us consumers can purchase a gallon of milk of that quality for only $3 or so- which means a massive company like dunkin can probably purchase it for far cheaper- perhaps $2 a gallon. Their large latte cups are 32 ounces, so even if they fill the cup all the way with milk, no ice, it's still only a quarter of a gallon. At $6 per large latte, they are still charging a significant premium even if they offer large lattes with no ice. I used to go to dunkin every month, even twice a month, anytime they released a new bakery item, a new donut flavor, or a new syrup flavor for their lattes or refreshers. Now, because of them refusing to offer lattes with no ice, I have stopped going entirely, other than maybe 3 or 4 times a year, and even in those cases only to try a new bakery item or donut flavor- I no longer purchase their lattes. All of their competitors, even mcdonalds, allow you to get no ice in their drinks with no upcharge and no issues.

Introduction to work-prospective of the start of Covid in March 2020:…read more Representing 2020, W is for Water's End Brewery, which I visited in the early Covid days in March 2020. This week in 2026 is the 6 year anniversary of when things were shutting down from Covid. On Monday, 3/16/20, I was very busy in the office preparing for roughly 80% in office/20% work at home (not counting any work travel) to 100% work at home starting the next day as virtual meeting company President said office is shutting down for the time-being. That next day, Tuesday, 3/17/20, I had work travel to Prince William County as we were trying to get stuff work done, and any day they could've shut their doors, which I think they did on Thursday, 3/19/20. They had gotten rid of the comfortable seating and had individual chairs spaced far apart and tape to stay 6 feet away from representative I needed to see. Any paper, etc being handed involved a bit of stretching, but we made do, and I got the work done. Experience at Water's End Brewery: My girlfriend of the time tagged along for my work travel. Before we got to my Prince William County work, we stopped for pizza slices in this same center for lunch. We saw Water's End Brewery out there selling beer to go since their indoor brewery was closed to the public. My g/f wanted, and I think we bought 2 beers to take to go. Staff was very nice, and the beer was pretty good. Conclusion: That Spring I had one more work travel to Prince William County on Friday, 4/24/20. Of course, the building was shutdown. They had a bunch of big drop-boxes outside, which someone would pick up once a day. Made my job easier except for the 2 minutes I was making sure I was putting in the correct drop-box. But a lot faster than going in to do the work dealing with the people. Also, on 4/24/20, I smashed the record for longest without getting gas, 38 days. I had gotten gas on 3/17/20 in PW County, and then 38 days later on 4/24/20 as the gas was very cheap in PW County then. Interestingly, as I write this today, 3/12/26, I'm currently tied at 38 days without getting gas (It was Mon., 2/2/26) & may go several days longer without. I would've never bet that break this Covid-era record in pre-retirement life, but I had major surgery on 2/9 & was in hospital for 16 days + a few days at home without driving right after hospital.
