I was on 30% which is the threshold in which Rose Oil requires you to call. Made the call and they said they would put me on the schedule for Monday 2/2/26. I was skeptical to wait that long but also at their mercy. Called the emergency number on 2/1/26 to notify Rose Oil that I was now on 10%, same response. Called 2/2/26 that I was now empty. Said I was on the route. Even after visiting their office on 2/3/26 and explaining that I have a baby and toddler I still have no propane and a cold house. Had to pack my family up and get a room. Was a great company until it was bought out by GPM Empire. Rose Oil owns the tank so no other company will fill.

We are here in Raleigh, passing through on our way to Carolina shores. I scoured the directory and phoned RK. I relayed my dilemma and met with a courteous and concerned response. The fact that they went out of their way to help us has made me customer for ever. I am moving to Carolina shores and will travel the two hours to have my car serviced by such a professional company. Amazing people but not good business. This shop does not accept any payment from insurance or…read morewarranty companies. THEY DO NOT! They hold that right as business owners, which I understand completely. One of their staff members was not aware of this and it was not until after a $120 diagnostic that I was notified they don't accept payments from insurance/warranty companies. I explained to the owner that I had multiple phone calls with this staff member about using my warranty company as payment. Staff is not educated on the shops policy and client is bitting the bullet! No refund.

When he arrives, he's in a mini van with one of the tail lights out. As a female driver on the side of the highway at night, that's a little off putting, but again, fine. BUT THEN he gets out of the mini van, PEES on the side of the highway in front of me before starting to change the tire??? When he's done peeing... he starts working on the tire, his pants falling down the entire time. Unprofessional is an understatement. I was so uncomfortable.
