My normal barber was unexpectedly busy and wasn't taking appointments. I needed a quick cut. Found them on yelp. I called and asked if they accepted walk ins. They took me right in without a wait. My barber was excellent, conversation was great, and the over all vibe was beyond what I expected. During the cut I asked for a light clean up trim on my mustache. Only thing that could have been better was the price. He charged me for a full hair and beard. I didn't feel the very quick 1-2 minute touch up was warranted for the extra 20 that they charge for a full beard. If I would have known I would have done it myself. Great cut. Time to update my review. This place is fantastic and I always enjoy seeing Jesse for a cut. These guys are real professionals who know what they're doing and you can't go wrong with any hair style. The shop is appointment only and you can schedule the appointments through Booksy. They have a good selection of pomades and hair and beard products. Standard cut is $25 and I'm more than happy to tip each time. They'll never ask but it's well worth it. CASH ONLY! The one thing I wish they would change, but not a deal breaker. read more

Unconventional barbers, providing traditional haircuts, using real men barber tools. Arrive early and bring cash. My wait was short.. I arrived early. But it seemed like all the barbers wanted to go on extended-stay smoke breaks when my name was up. The feller who gave me a good buzz cut, high and tight, and a decent beard trim was rewarded with an generous tip for his attention to detail and thoughtful conversation. They're a bit off the beaten path, but if you're willing to venture out to make the trek over there, they're A-OK. Next time old Buck's in the neighborhood and needs a trim, we'll be sure to drop in on Ducky's. At their prices, they could easily be a 4-Star establishment if they served a decent cup of Joe while we wait. read more

Got both my boys a haircut here. My 6 year old did awesome like always and his haircut exceeded my expectations! My three year old was a different story. Throwing a fit the whole time, I felt bad for the barber cutting his hair. But his hair cut still came out amazing. Better than if I would have went anywhere else. Will be coming back for sure. Found this place through Yelp, and decided to try it out because of the great reviews. It was a little hard to find, since it's tucked in a little strip mall. A couple circle around and we found it in the corner. Parking isn't too bad, since we found a spot right up front. Once you walk in, you will feel like you stepped into the past, which I found really cool. All the barbers wear white barber smocks, which again, really cool. And to make you feel really old school, they only accept cash. Our wait was about 20 minutes, with four barbers present. My son was up first. I requested a comb over with a fade. His barber was so good with him, and took his time to make sure that his cut was perfect. He would also walk over and ask me questions about the cut, just to be sure it was exactly what I asked for. A couple of minutes later, my husband was called up to get his beard trimmed. Now, my husband doesn't ever treat himself to "spa days", so doing this was a big deal for him. His barber laid him back and began doing his magic. (This was a first time I've ever seen this happen since I've known my husband, so I was a little nervous to how he'd react to this.) Once the towel was wrapped around his face, he looked super relaxed. After both boys were finished, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing they both looked. The barbers were very professional and welcoming. The shop was clean and very makes you really feel like you're back in the old school barber shop days.
