Take walk ins which is great, plenty of seating and TVs and music playing. Vibe is that of your classic family barber with adults and kids getting cuts. Also loved the scented hot towel on my face. The haircut was good quality work, skin fade with a Fauxhawk. However after I said only clean up and lineup with my beard, I lost in between a half inch and inch of length. I normally style my beard with a straightener and now there is not enough length to do anything with. Also concerning the lineup, the barber only got on top of the beard and under it, not all the way around which includes near the ear area. Also had some hair left behind my ear which I trimmed myself. The pricing was an odd one as it was about $2 more than what I normally pay in the area. All in all, probably a good place for a haircut as they had plenty of barbers and got the work done rather quickly. Just not the place to go to for a lineup or anything concerning facial hair. read more

This is the Barbershop to go to in El Cajon. Theo, Sonny and Tommy have cut my hair since 2006. These guys know customer service, they make you feel like family. They have the sports games on, clean shop, respectful barbers. Their clippers have a vacuum that keeps most of the hair off of you, game changer. I have taken my kids for a cut, they know how to keep the kids calm while getting their hair cut and give them a treat afterwards. My son loves going there for his haircuts. This place is top quality so there will be some wait times on weekends, everyone wants a fresh clean cut. Plenty of chairs, water and phone chargers to help with the waiting. First time coming to this place was when I was about 12 or 13. Haven't stopped coming here ever since, family owned and operated establishment. The brothers Sonny and Theo will have you laughing it up while you wait for haircuts. If those guys can't make you laugh then there are plenty of flatscreens on the wall with sports on. Drama free barber shop to bring the family and get hair cuts. I now bring my son here and have since he was 4. Will never stop coming here as long as there open. Horrible service. I walked in to this barbershop thinking that I was going to leave with a nice haircut and, if I did, trust me I would definitely come back and leave tip. Well, that didn't happen because I walked out after waiting for a barber to say, "Hey, do you have an appointment or are you a walk-in?" Instead, I was completely ignored.
