After a couple of hours with a portable shop vac, the tech left. When I went out to inspect the car there was obvious dust, dirt, and dog hair visible in every crack and corner, between the seats and cushions, under the seats, and so on. I expected "detailing" to mean serious deep cleaning of those areas and not just wet-vaccing the main areas of carpet. The photos attached are after the detailing! They sent the same guy back with the same equipment, and he worked on a it a little longer and it was somewhat improved but still, not really clean. I can't believe I paid over 400 bucks for this. A complete ripoff. I actually just feel sorry for the cleaner they sent out. It's embarrassing.

In all cases, California Detailing produced fantastic results that made the new cars look better than they were at dealer delivery and the well-used vehicles look as close to new as possible. For vehicles that we've subsequently sold, California Detailing's attentive work helped protect their resale value. Even when we don't have big jobs pending, we drop by their shop a few times a year for installation inspections and touch-ups (no charge during PPF or ceramic coating warranty period). Instead they tried to feed me a possibility this might have happened else where, but it didn't, the car was perfectly fine before this wash. If you have a valuable expensive vehicle DO NOT take your car here! I assure you it's not worth your money or the possibility of them damaging the exterior of the car.
