Joey came one day to service our pool and I told him to be careful because there was a black snake in our backyard. Joey caught the snake, put it in a 5 gallon bucket and removed it from our yard. We then had to replace our pool pump which he did the same day. He found out that Jandy was offering a newly updated controllers, and on his own, he reached out to them and explained that he had just done an intstall of a Jandy pump 2 weeks before the new controllers came out and they gave it to him.
