This service provider also stated, in writing, that this "price" includes "materials, labor, equipment, and tools". This means that this service provider promised to render "all" material and labor services for a total cost of $6,500. This service provider also stated, in writing, that they would "set fence to make "straight" and level". We were charged $7,800 for materials and labor instead of the $6,500 placed in writing by the service provider. In addition, this Split Rail Fence was "NOT" set "straight". Complete poor quality and poor value! In addition, what position has this service provider placed me in with Carroll County, my neighbor, a future buyer of my home? Will I be forced to incur costs to have this fence placed in a "STRAIGHT" line; aligned to my property line? Also, this service provider stated in writing and I quote...."Should you make disparaging remarks against me, R2, or David's company we will engage our litigation firms to take action against you for defamation of character." end quote. So, a customer is not allowed to provide comments regarding poor quality services they received and paid for? Since I paid for these services, I then, under the law, have the "RIGHT" to "judge" these services. What is this service provider afraid of? I will never be bullied!

We needed an emergency service done at a house in Lincoln and once I explained our situation and that we didn't even live in the state that we needed the service done they said not to worry and that they would take care of us. When most companies wouldn't even call back, Albright called back right away. I was asking to have a service done at a house that we would not be present at and I had to trust that they would get it done. The property managers are rude, unhelpful and clearly lack experience. They refuse to take care of any issues with tenants that put others in danger. The tenant rules listed within the lease are not followed and NOT enforced. That being said, if you want an apartment where people smoke inside the building, have loud parties, liter the grounds, have the cops called and god only knows what else- this is the rental company to go to. Property that was rented had multiple major safety issues. Rear deck railing ready to fall off. Owner had tried to hack together a fix, did a bad job. Good 20+ foot drop that could seriously injure someone. Children should not stay there. Back stairs were ready to fall apart. Seriously dangerous, I cannot stress enough. Must be replaced before anyone steps on them. Hot tub room was obviously added on and not done to code. Multiple metal joists missing, beams/wood married in wrong location. It was concerning to say the least. 1 hour check in window only. 4-5pm. Fee of $150 to add 1 hour earlier check in. Broken glass on driveway from broken flood light. Luckily I had my sandals on. Tons of fees, not easy to work with, hard to get ahold of. Property had serious safety issues and should not have been allowed to be rented. Would never use again.
