AVOID THIS COMPANY! This business claims to have 30 years of experience and two generations in the industry, but based on my experience, it felt like they were doing this for the first time. The technicians seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. Not only was the work superficial (as mentioned in other reviews), but they also ended up damaging my system. I was told over the phone that each HVAC system would take about three hours to service. Instead, they spent less than 1.5 hours total for two systems and less than five minutes on the dryer vent. This company is disgraceful. They opened my heating system to clean motor and found it was not dirty but charged me $100 for cleaning it. I realized after they left. I sent a text and called but was ignored. I had referred them before I figured this out. Our clothes dryer was not drying clothes, even though there was heat inside the dryer. We determined that the problem had to be that the dryer vent was clogged. We called Duct Technology. They offered to come out the same day. They did a great job in cleaning out the dryer vents completely from the back of the machine through the attic. Would definitely recommend them. read more

STAY FAR AWAY! The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. I had to reschedule my appointment so gave her a courtesy call letting them know. She started huffing and puffing on the phone, cursing under her breathe and then she just hung up the phone. I called back and she replied with "what do you want now?" and she refused to give me her name and nonetheless she hung up once again. I emailed and asked for the owner to give me a call, but of course no phone call received. Been using these guys for about 5 years at our previous residence and now at our new place. I was rather surprised to see the bad reviews as I've never had a problem with them. They handle our HVAC ducts, laundry dryer duct and chimney cleaning. They've always been good with scheduling - they get out to us within days of our calling, they offer a reasonable window of arrival, they come when they say they're going to come and they get the job done efficiently. I had my AC vents cleaned but after service was done, my ac unit was not blowing cold air even after running for 2 days. The woman that answers the phone is very rude, not helpful at all. Answers other phone calls and has other conversations while customers are speaking to her. Did not address my concern or any of my questions. She interrupted me several times while I was explaining my problem. She told me she can't help me because she's working from home.... I tried to have someone come again to take a look but my appointment kept getting pushed. It's 90 degrees out and I was told I have to keep waiting. Never hiring again. SHADY service. At 2 pm, I received a call they weren't coming!!! I Ann a senior, drove 35miles there, had to drive 35miles home....and then was told they would get back to me. I'm not going to bad mouth them. They were super quick (but I don't know how good a job they did). I got my vents and dryer vents cleaned and had to finish the job they started. I'm pretty sure they only cleaned the first 15 feet of my dryer vent line from the outside (and left the lint on the ground under the vent). They didn't even clean the lint screen (which is fine) but I had to take the dryer apart from the inside to get all of the lint they should've cleaned. Finally, the furniture they moved was left as is. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

Had an 11am appointment for dryer vent cleaning they were on time and got right to work. I also had them look at my furnace because I had concerns about this fine gritty sandlike stuff that was on it. Good thing I did because it was from a clogged duct that vents the carbon monoxide out of the house. They rescheduled their day to make sure that it was cleaned out and my family would be safe. Had my dryer vent cleaned and they replaced the foil in the back the tech said it had holes in it and that it was dangerous/can cause fire etc, well today I had my washer serviced and he informed that my foil for the dry was poorly installed and it had rips and holes in it, I know the washer guy didn't do cause I was with him the whole time, he was about to take pictures of it, but I wanted it on my camera...highly doubt the company will be interested in them...well thanks to "Immediate Appliances" it is corrected..ty Jerome from "IA" read more

Crappy Service !!!!. I got coupon from ValPak and I booked their duct cleaning service for my home (June 15th 2020). Once they came in, the HEAD starting his sales pitch saying he will boiler cleaning, AC main equipment cleaning, centralized vacuum cleaner etc for additional fee (high numbers). I assigned him 'centralized vacuum cleaner' cleaning task. They did and he walked away in hurry !!!. So far, I called 5 times (today - July 25th 2020) informing their main office about my centralized vacuum cleaner is NOT working. I have not received any calls from anyone !!! No professional attitude, service, customer service. It is more of rip off to the customer. Take money and walk away !!! Pathetic !!!! read more

I had them Swrvice my ducts upon a recommendation from someone. They ended up being a lot more money than their quote and did half the job. Left dirty finger prints on my walls and ceilings. A few months later I have noticed dirty vents and dryer issues from vents they did and did not so. I made an appointment to have them come back. They never showed after I waited several hours for them. I called and the receptionist told me she would call me back. No call. I called the next day and made another appointment. The day of that appointment it snowed when they were supposed to come. I called to ask if they were showing. The owner was disgustingly nasty to me and hung up on me after saying no. I called back right away and she didn't apologize. NothinG. Called me a week later to say they were coming over now. I said no since I was on my way out to a funeral. Then she told me too bad.
