Okay so I'm new with this because I thought I had already done this but obviously I had to confirm my email so let me get started I don't even know where to begin let me just start from the beginning I was in the store today and I witness a cashier fallout but the reason why I'm posting this is because I was impressed with the response from the young lady that walked in front of her before she called her name and fell. The reason I feel the need to put this out there is because we are quick to judge others and never give credit where credit is due. I don't know why I was impressed it should have just came natural but I guess it's my way of saying I'm guilty of judging a book by its cover before I really know a situation but I want to let the young lady who at the time the situation went down and let me say first that I hope the young lady is okay that fell, but I literally saw this woman go into total control mode meaning she was able to shift all of the customers to other registers in a timely matter to get us out of the store to make an open way to where there was no blockage to where the medical staff could assist to the young lady that was hurt. And I feel like everyone knows her because of listening to the other people in line saying she has a personality like no one in this store and she obviously has a lot of customer service experience because I've never seen her with a negative attitude at any time that I've ever been into this location and let me say she used to be one of my favorites at the register but I hardly see her there anymore so I hope wherever she moved in the store it was a positive move for her. But with this being said again we always seem to judge a book by its cover and never give people credit when they do something and go above and beyond for the help of others so I want to give a Hugh Thank You to this young lady and I do apologize for not knowing her name but one thing I can say about her every one in the store knows her because standing in line everyone said the same thing , thank God she's here because she's taking control so sweetheart please excuse me for not knowing your name but I want to say thank you and I want to say I hope that your managers thank you for taking control and moving everything in a professional matter to get all of us customers out of the store without any confusion. read more

I visited Sprouts yesterday (10/10/25) to do some recon. I live on the other side of town and I wanted to determine if it was worth going out of my way to utilize this grocery store. It is VERY clean inside, plus there's an openness and airiness that's unusual in grocery stores. However, that's the only edge Sprouts has on the other stores I go to. The prices were eye popping. I know that's not 100% on Sprouts at this time, but I don't think it's worth crossing town to shop here... read more

We are so lucky to have sprouts in the city I think honestly it has the best produce of all the other grocery chains around. I have felt like on the weekends they run low on a lot of things I guess because a lot of people are shopping so I prefer to go on a weekday when they've stocked and have more options. The stuff is really friendly most recently I ran into a guy who was trying to do a new checkout system via your cart. I do appreciate that they have cashiers versus self check out because I hate self check out. read more

I am obsessed with this grocery store. I never knew I could love one more than Trader Joe's, but Sprouts really knocks it out of the park. The facility is big, spacious, and always clean. The employees are friendly and helpful, the selection of everything is so varied, the produce is always perfectly ripe, the meat and seafood are fresh and delicious, and there is so much CHEESE! But also so much everything, drinks, snacks, sauces, soups. They really have it all. I'm an Aldi girl, I do the majority of the shopping, like basics, at the Highlandtown location, but I always do a Sprouts run for special produce, baked goods, healthy snacks, and I love their flowers. I also sometimes come just for the sushi, a roll always finds its way into my cart. read more

I think this place is growing on me! This is only my third time in the store, but now I look at it with fresh eyes. I came on this particular occasion because I was looking for lions mane mushrooms. I've been trying more Vegan recipes and needed them for a particular recipe (Lions Mane Jerk Wings). At first I couldn't find any, but I wasn't looking hard enough. They had them :D. I took my time and perused the aisles to take in everything they have to offer. I also finally found the purple sweet potatoes I've been looking for. AND the brand of Vegan cheese I was also looking to try. I think I can add this to my grocery store rotation. I'll still head across the street for some of the favorite brand items, but hey...... it's right across the street. 3800 Boston St Baltimore, Md hours 7 am to 10 pm Wednesday, April 13, 2022 5 pm Ample parking I usually don't shop in Sprouts because of the higher prices back home in FL and here in Baltimore prices are high as well. Came here because it was convenient and I needed some cucumbers, cilantro, green apples, celery, and limes for my daily green juice. Beautiful produce and very organized but pricey. I like that this store also because it has a lot of vegan gluten-free products. I hope my store back home has some of the same products that I'm trying today. Overall most of the sprouts I've been to look very nice. The cashier was very nice and talkative. Did I mention I ran into a long-time friend from college shopping at the same store? Sprouts is my favorite grocery store. I especially love the bulk items (thank you, honey roasted pecans and chocolate coconut almonds). This location is the best in the Baltimore area. The facility is always clean, staff are kind and helpful, and I have never had to wait for extended periods of time during check out. read more

Prices are actually better than I expected. Certainly expensive, but if you shop the sales you can find some great stuff. Would be 4/5 stars if it were not for the shockingly slow and understaffed checkout. Only 2 lines open in the middle of Sat. Ok, it would be hard to make this your single-stop grocery shopping experience. However there are many positive things that should make you add this to your list of favorites. The deli counter always has fresh cold cuts and can make a mean sandwich while you shop too. They have fresh sushi and other items entrees there too. The meat counter has been very accommodating and has good quality products. The dairy, produce and frozen sections has a surprisingly large selection of great items and the price is higher-but not outrageous. You will pay a little more, but I find it usually and easy in/out if you are worried about time or not looking for general household items. read more

Sprouts has moved its way up to my main market location. I favor this location to the Towson location now. I do my large weekly haul for main items here and it has been working out great They have a deli, seafood sections, and fresh produce--- be sure to check that dates though. They are always stocked pretty well, and there is a huge cheese, cracker, and charcuterie section that makes it easy to throw a platter together. The staff are always helpful and friendly as well, especially because the store is newer and things are a bit difficult to locate. They also have an app, with sales, coupons and delivery services. Middle of a weekend day with two lines open. I stood in line for twenty minutes with two items to buy before leaving. I counted 6 employees walk past and look at the line before I decided I had enough. No one was willing to to open an express lane or anything. read more

It's almost sad to write a review like this for a brand new store. But it has to be written. Upon entering they have a dedicated person cleaning the carts. No greeting or anything though. It's like your a ghost walking in. First time seeing that in a store. I even said Hi but nothing from the employee. It's nice & cool in the store. They have their AC on. The store is very clean. The floors almost have like a mirror finish. It's a brand new store so it's kinda expected. The store is well stocked. The pricing however is high compared to their other locations. IDKY. They had some stuff on sale. But the prices were still kinda high when comparing them to other stores. Now for the downfall which is a BIG ONE. Despite walking directly pass multiple employees thru the store. Barely anyone said hi or offered to help find anything. Despite their being barely any other customers in the store. The seafood guy was nice however but that was because I was standing directly in-front of the seafood counter. The floor employees made me feel like a ghost or something. Truly Wow..... The cashier was friendly though. He was sweating despite the AC being on which I thought was kinda weird. Also upon packing my items he wiped his forehead and kept packing without re-sanitizing his hands. Nice...... Now I have to "Lysol" that stuff when I leave. Lastly. Upon walking out. I said Hi to the manager in the front of the store. She didn't even turn around. Also upon leaving I said have a great day to the cart girl. She did say thank you for shopping but it was in a very very depressing voice. Despite this being my first visit to their brand new store. I don't think I will be shopping here again. It was very depressing to see barely anyone smiling here. Most of the employees looked kinda sad. Lack of "Customer Service" & high prices. I'm good..... I am starting to really love Sprouts and am excited it is a new addition to Canton! It's a mix between Whole Foods and Trader Joe's in my opinion and I love that. First of all download the app! There are digital coupons and the weekly sales in there, you can even make a grocery list. Sales are limited but I still saved a good chunk of change. That being said, it is a little pricey here, but it's worth it based on the high quality produce and meats (again like Whole Foods). I never order fresh bacon from the meat counter, but they had it also accessible in the bacon section and let me tell ya... it made for a delicious BLT! I also got a few sausages from the meat counter as well, they were HUGE! And really good. The chicken sausage feta one was bomb. I don't know how they make the produce look so spectacular on shelf, it really is beautiful and easy to find what you need. It also is very tasty, I have no complaints about it. The frozen section is where I think of Trader Joe's, I'm a fan of alternative options to gluten, cheese, or just in general bad choices and they have tons of options. Cauliflower rice, cauliflower pizzas, oat milks and creamers, yummy empanadas, pupusas, I know there is more but you get the idea. I do get a little confused where the cheese is and the dairy stuff, this location isn't very shopper friendly. I think cheese is on the other side of the store, so I find myself backtracking because I don't know what I need till I get to the milk section where I think cheese would be near anyway. Lastly the center section (kind of like Fresh Market!) they have a ton of bulk barrels of candy and nuts and coffee that you get yourself (not right now bc of covid, but everything is still there just pre-bagged). I think the people here are super friendly esp the cashiers, the other review that said otherwise might have gone at a bad time? They are so friendly here! Two girls helped me the first time and we were all chatting and laughing together. Another time the lady kindly told me to be careful with my paper bags in the rain outside, the moisture can loosen the glue of the bag handles. They have your best interest! read more

The Deli Sandwich counter has some nice offerings on a variety of bread. I choose Turkey Club on ciabatta. The wait took about 15 minutes and I wound up getting someone's Italian on ciabatta. I wasn't too upset as I like Italian anyways.. however, one of the meats had a plastic casing around it that they should remove prior to making someone's sandwich. The store is super clean and they have a lot of prepared foods. The self-scoop pay-by-the-pound nuts, candies, etc. are pretty cool. Check out needs improvement. Line of 8 people and only 1 cashier moving at a snail's pace. Unless you're a super healthy clean eating person, you probably won't get a whole grocery order here but I'm not sure that's what they're going for anyways. Regardless, cool place. read more

I used to shop at sprouts weekly when I lived close to one, I love them. Great deli options, great produce, and everything is always neat and clean. Also having bulk grains, nuts, flours, etc is really nice too. Now I just go for the supplements because they also have a great selection of those as well. I cant believe i havent came here sooner! This store is great!! I havent been to sprouts since living in maryland. The store reminds me of a harris teeter but with more healthy options and cheaper than a whole foods. This location is located in a convenient canton square. Theres numerous parking spots available. The hours are great. I am very happy with the variety and selection of foods. They have lots of items that i actually get from my home delivery food service. The prices are actually very reasonable and some of the items i compared to amazon and they are similar. They have multiple options for people who have allergies or sensitivities to lactose, gluten, vegan, etc. i tried couple of the oatmilk based ice creams and they are very tasty! They also have great produce and meats selection. Their coffee is very nice and actually i think my favorite. They also have a hot food and bakery section. Overall this has become my favorite store and super excited to share this place with others! read more

I love this grocery store and am so happy that there's finally a Sprouts in Baltimore! At regular price, their items can be a little more expensive but the Sprouts brand is very affordable. Also, Sprouts has amazing sales and that's where they really shine when it comes to deals! Also, it's still much cheaper than Harris Teeter (which is right across the street). Every time I've gone there, the workers have been so friendly and always happy to help! Personally, it's the nicest and warmest customer service I've experienced in a grocery store! I always have an amazing experience here! A must go!!The customer service is outstanding, everyone is extremely friendly and offers help even if you are clearly making some serious moves and on a mission. The prices vary and can be pricey if you're looking for specific things. (Usually I hit up ALDI for basics before heading here). The produce section is great and the organic is sometimes cheaper than the non organic. The shelves are very well organized as well and everything is very easy to find as it is right where you think it will/should be! The vegan options are outstanding. Although I'm not a vegan, having the option to substitute little things here and there is something that Sprouts does an amazing job of and others don't. Love the vegan cheese! The meats and seafood is spectacular. It is extremely fresh and I have yet to hear any of our friends that shop here complain once! I love Sprouts but the employees here need some customer service training - or just automate checkout because it's always kind of a bummer. Products and selection are good but wow the staff act like they're doing you a favor checking you out or answering a basic question. No one says hello or goodbye. Yesterday I said "have a good day!" And the woman literally just stared at me and then turned around. I know it's really hard to find staff now and honestly I don't envy the manager here (who seemed very nice but tired) trying to manage the people she's got. This new Sprouts is right across from Target and Harris Teeter in Canton, so there's decent competition very nearby. I even had a coupon for $5 off a $30 purchase. This place is very well organized and so pretty! Because this was the first of an afternoon of errands, I knew I couldn't buy any frozen or refrigerated items but as I pushed my cart through the aisles, I realized that the prices (for exact items) were higher here than at my usual stores. I thought I'd concentrate on the bulk items--thought the prices there would be good. First off, YEA! Bulk items in self-serve bins are back! (Although I was kinda surprised and wondering if it was safe...) Well, the prices weren't that great... I got several bags of bulk items and 3 beautiful eggplants and couldn't use my coupon because I didn't have $30 worth of groceries. I just couldn't justify paying the higher prices... The service is going downhill fast. Cashiers closing up as they see people getting in line to go chat with another cashier, refusing to move so that the customers can bag, and the cashier smashing bread and chips because they're chatting with the other cashier is not acceptable. Very poor front end service. Other department services and personnel are friendly and helpful, food selection is good. Just hire some cashiers that are there to take care of the customers instead of taking care of their dating needs. read more

I think this is my first grocery store review as most people know what Whole Foods or Harris teeter is like. Sprouts is not as big of presence. It is in same category as Mom's or Whole Foods. This location is bigger than Mom's in Hampden. Prices are on par with what you expect. Liked layout as could see everything and could avoid areas like the vitamin section it do not need. Also does not have all those areas like cards or household goods that some grocery stores have. Still use plastic bags which some people might not like but I am not sure plastic any worst than paper especially if end up tossing in trash. read more

Love the large bulk section. Please teach your employees how to tare weights for containers that customers bring in- I was met with frustration and anger when I brought in a glass container with a tare weight. Sprouts is known as a bulk store and should be able to function as one. read more

No customer service. The Sprouts app advertises "digital coupons" you clip and then scan your barcode at check out. My coupon did not go through even though the items matched and the coupon was current (not expired). The cashier as well as another employee explained "they cannot even input digital coupons" so we were just out of luck. It works when you complete a purchase online, so I suppose you could shop pick up instead. read more

Sprouts has totally won me over. I started out coming here just to supplement my regular grocery shop with things you can get elsewhere. Over the last month I have shopped here almost exclusively. The organic produce is really well priced and I love the large selection of other organic items like bath & body, supplements, & bulk food. Made to order deli sandwiches are the bomb! And only $5! Today I tried the Italian Grill on - ham, cheese, tomato, olive tapenade on toasted ciabatta was soooo good! The fresh meat section is also amazing - the hot Italian chicken sausages are phenomenal grilled. And the produce is great with a nice selection and the staff are so nice!
