We have so many regrets my fiance ordered a Porter House steak it came out he took two bites and gave it back the steak tasted like it was rotten. We asked for the steak to be comped because he didnt eat it due to it tasting spoiled. They comped us 5.00 on a 50 dollar meal that he couldnt even eat! I asked to speak to the manager Sarah who was absolutely rude and said if I wasnt happy I could take it up with the Chef Jenny who is the owner. Jenny was absolutely rude. They have a house special mushroom au jus, which was spectacular. And the fried chicken was so juicy and flavorful. Do not go here! attempted to have a nice family dinner here due to never having been there before and hearing some good things about the place. Ordered the porter house steak. Now when I say that the au jus they put on it was bad.... I mean it was horrendous. First bite it was sour and tasted off... I took one other bite and same thing it was absolutely inedible. I had my family try it and they all said the same thing. I put it off to the side and refused to eat it. When I brought it up to the waitress she took only $5 dollars off of a $50 dollar steak that I couldn't eat. We were early and there weren't a lot of people but it was 2/3 full when we left. Our server was attentive and very helpful. I asked about local draft beers and she described one as fairly light. When she brought it she said that it was darker than she thought and if I didn't like it she would bring something else. It was fine. We decided on prime rib and ordered their 24 oz. My wife and I decided to split it. She ordered an appetizer and a wedge salad. The prime rib was huge and very good. Ordered it medium rare and it was. Server asked if we were going to share it and she brought an extra plate and au jus. Was this the best prime rib I e ever had? No, but it was very good. Waitress staff seem busy and don't have much time for guests but in all very kind fast hard working professionals. Don't have time for talk. Very delicious prime rib and baked potato with a roll for around $50 when it comes out and almost 1.5 inches thick. Very tasty tender meat. Warning they do not give much beef juice or broth it wasnt dry at all and in about 1/8 inch of broth that was gone in four bites from then on it just seemed like a thick steak after the little bit of ajus sauce was gone. Other than that I rate it all together for food a 9.5 out of 10 lost half a point on not taking the time to be more friendly atmosphere and the lack of ajus sauce and lack of the presentation of plate could use work. Serve things in other than plastic serving dishes glass and porcelain has always been a market standard. I am very please and will be passing my info along to all my freinds. read more

I am visiting Sidney for work. Hotel clerk recommended Dudes. The Clerk states that she has never referred anyone there and gotten a bad reviews. Service was good. Building and interior very old and worn. Ordered cowboy ribeye. It came covered in mushroom sauce, and almost appeared to been roasted and not grilled, it had a very unappealing gray appearance. Salad was ordinary, not good, not bad, just a salad. Potato was old, started to yellow. Worst part was the steak, my first 6 bites I could not chew. I had to remove from mouth. I had one edible bite. Waitress did notice my pile of pearly chewed steak and apologized and offered to get me another. I told her I prefer not. They did remove the $44 steak from my bill. The menu is extensive, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I would definitely come back the next time I'm in town. Our table started off with an appetizer of the fried cauliflower and pickle spears (~$10) and both were delicious. I ordered the 16oz bone-in cowboy ribeye (~$30), and it was the right choice. With two sides, it's the perfect amount of food for a hearty dinner! The meat was cooked to taste, and the steak fries were great. The menu selection ranges from burgers to Alaskan crab legs, so there's quite a bit to choose from for any budget. My steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Ridiculous! Very disappointed with this establishment. My family and I traveled all the way from Idaho and decided to eat at this steak house on our way home. We got sat and then didn't get greeted or get drinks within the first 15 minutes. We tried to stay around and even told the manager that we hadn't been greeted or got our drink orders in yet but after 30 minutes, we had decided it was ridiculous and left. We had a very large group from out of state visit this restaurant. Started with one server who told us a bunch of things were not available. After taking our order, she literally vanished. She walked out without entering our order. I overheard that she had done this previously and was still employed. Whether or not that is true, I don't know. We were given another server who took pretty good care of us. The tunings the previous server told us were not available, we're indeed available. Steak was good but the sides were mediocre.
