I am so glad I was referred to this wonderful office. Dr. Dudum and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and they run their practice like a well oiled machine. I started with spinal decompression about a month ago and went thru a rough patch at first where I had a muscle spasm in my glute that wouldn't let up. I talked with Dr. Dudum about it and he made an adjustment to the angle of the table which resulted in an instantaneous fix and I walked out of that appointment feeling better than I had in years. JD is an awesome doctor of Chiropractic, and this decompression protocol has saved me from an uncertain future, perhaps even back surgery?! I came to him at my worse point in June, crippled in pain after a month of lying in bed with two herniated discs. Turned out, in addition to degeneration of those discs, my low lumbar spine had a reverse curve (from natural) which contributed to the injury. Over the course of a few months of decompression treatments, my low spine has actually reversed curve! While many patients see improvement rather quickly from disc herniations, my case has been a bit more severe, yet I'm seeing healing not only of my discs, but changes in my structure that both JD and I didn't even know were possible! If you have any back or neck issues, I'd consult JD if you can before making a decision. And his staff are all really wonderful, making each visit something you look forward to. Never Again! I had terrible lower back pain in March and JD Dudum put me on a low drop down table. This is the WORST thing one can do to mess up the alignment of the ENTIRE spine! I wish I did not do this and suffering last 5 months. I noticed he pressed some button purposely twice as if to scoot my body towards the left. I have no idea what he was doing. I stood up straight and wasn't in pains. A week later when I did simple twisting and exercise related to his handout and not even the sets. Following morning I was paralyzed. I tried to stand up straight and I had left leg pains I could barely walk when I went to see him and he did a stretch on me and didn't charge. Following day I couldn't stand up straight. Then my upper left leg was attacked like a twisted wringing towel and my kneecap was compromised. I ended up getting treatment to get me out from my injury and I had to get an MRI. It was noted I had 2 annular tears in the soft tissues of my bones and now have ongoing nerve sensations trickling down my leg 4 months continued. When I asked about the low drop table and came back seems he wanted to do that again and advised "didn't I tell you it would take 5-10 visits to correct your back? Best thing if you have back pain is to go to a doctor to get medically checked and do exercise to get out of the pains. He should have told me immediately before the drop down table to get an MRI. That should tell someone what treatment they need. read more

This place is awesome everyone here is super friendly and professional. Dr. Ben is my chiropractor and I would not trade him for anything. He always makes my day better and even when I am in the worst mood because of back pain, he always makes me smile. He not only makes my body functional, he gives me a bit of therapy and emotional support. Jocelyn and Kelly are my girls these front desk ladies are always on the A team even when I forget, they find a way to get me in. I don't want to be on the B team so I try my hardest to make all my appointments on time. I did have the opportunity to seen Dr. Dudum last week and he is super nice with very soft hands also he can crack a neck. He cracked my neck so good he had me laughing all the way to the front desk. These guy's are all great clean and they smell good without all the heavy cologne. If you come here you will not be disappointed it is one of my happy places. Claimed I never gave him my x-rays from Muir Orthopedic, which we had two full conversations about- revealing not only that he didn't look at them- but that neither your x-rays or personal information are safe in that office. I lost $500 worth of x-rays which must now be retaken by a more competent medical professional. Also, he is just a bad chiropractor, pushing as much marketing as possible to make him look like a man who gets results. He doesn't, and he won't spend the amount of time on you that you're paying for. He offers ART and doesn't even warm up your muscles before making a dangerous adjustment. In fact, if you have a low back issue, do NOT go here. Check out the "weekly affirmation board" in his treatment room- Doesn't change, week after week. It's straight out of a marketing book. My experience with JD has always been positive, right from the start. My chiropractor moved and before doing so, invited JD to come in to his office and meet me for a consultation. I immediately liked his professional and genuinely kind demeanor and his willingness to listen to my issues and discuss next steps. He *listens* and caters his treatment to what will serve you best. I love that his plan started with taking x-rays which have provided a visual baseline to gauge our progress. I was in a car accident decades ago, and in recent years, I have felt tremendous discomfort in my neck with limited range of motion. As a fitness instructor, I was experiencing pain going to work. But after seeing JD, I finally have relief and feel strong. His office is a BONUS. Not only is it easy to find, but also easy to park - for free. It boasts clean, attractive furnishings, and the treatment rooms are spacious and state of the art. His amazing front desk staff (they seriously couldn't be any nicer) help keep things running in an orderly fashion and respect that my time is valuable. I have never (not even once!) experienced an uncomfortable adjustment, nor have I ever felt worse after an adjustment than I did before going in. I understand that some ailments take several adjustments before the healing process can truly begin, but with my insurance benefits, the office visits are inexpensive and I'm feeling relief sooner rather than later. He doesn't just send everyone though an assembly line - during each visit, JD spends time listening to the status of an issue, and then works his magic (which can be different every time, depending on the particulars). "BACK" Story: Until just recently, I never had a reason or need for chiropractic care. I have a relatively active lifestyle -- I don't run marathons on my days off or admire trophies earned for my athletic abilities -BUT- I'm also not one to sink into my couch and eat Cheetos all day, either. I work in an office (meaning I sit on my a** all day/every day) and I've never had any hardcore injuries or surgeries. How my back went bye-bye: :-/ One Friday night my back decided it wasn't in the mood to cooperate. It was like a freight train carrying the WORST pain imaginable rushed into my body ...and thew itself into park. I was laid up for the weekend and had to take an additional 2 days off work. My regular doctor threw all these crazy pain medications in my face and said the soreness would eventually subside....ice...heat...blah blah...whatevs. I wanted to know WTH was wrong with my back not be high on pain meds...waiting for my back to start hurting again as soon as the happy pill wore off.
