All were fine but none were so good that we'd be planning a return visit. What might get me back is knowing that they serve Straus soft serve (in which I indulged). On this visit they had only vanilla. An asset to the community, no doubt, but - taco curiosity satisfied - any future visits for this non-local will likely be fully focused on the soft-serve.

We found it most interesting that they use Agricultural Methane energy, in which manure is pumped into tanks, bacteria breaks down the waste, and the captured methane is piped to a generator to produce the farm's electricity. They are also using solar power, so a very eco-friendly place! All the cheese & food was delicious and our friendly server (Sarah's daughter who was a delight) provided complimentary soft serve to end a perfect afternoon. We even had leftovers to take home! Which makes sense as we ended up purchasing more cheeses. Their cheeses, all taste so fresh and creamy- we picked up some Tallegio, Raclette & Foggy Morning with garlic & herbs. All of their cheeses are made from 100% organic cows milk and you can tell the difference in quality. Next time we'll come a Thursday through Sunday as they have fresh baked bread on those days.
