On the day of the install 6 people arrived working on the outside heat pump and the indoor condenser at the same time. They arrived at 8am and were done by 3pm. I live in a condo on the second floor and the AC is located in the ceiling. In spite of all the dirt and debris, the hallway was immaculate. They even wrapped the condenser with two layers of insulation so it would not sweat and damage the ceiling tiles.
