We pay the california premium rates but the coverage is treated at the national average - which is ridiculous, unfair and deceptive. Wen Ling and Pearson - have answered our calls ONCE in the past 2 weeks regarding this whole process. They email us at 5pm saying we will call tomorrow - right as their offices close. In addition, our insurance coverage allows for a rental car when your insured car is unavailable due to covered issues - the daily limit is $50. There is not a single car rental place in the bay area that is renting out ANY car - economy, compact, whatever - for less than $60 before taxes. What's the point here?
