This is the company that Progressive Insurance contracts for their roadside assistance service. A complete failure! My battery was dead and I decided to purchase a new one through ERS. BIG MISTAKE. First, the batteries they use only have a two year warranty. Now, 1 year, 8 mos later, my battery has died. Called to get a replacement since it's still under the warranty and was told that I need to contact the manufacturer of the battery for warranty issues. She then tried to sell me the "upgraded" battery. Complete SCAM!! I called the manufacturer but had to leave a voicemail. Based on other reviews here, it appears I am not the only one that had this issue. My advice is to buy a separate roadside assistance policy through AAA. Sat for an hour and a half while Heather in the call center gave me a 20 minute ETA ad nauseam. My 4th call hour and fourty-five waiting and she says "it's just drive time sir. He's right there I'm sorry the gps is not displaying correctly for you but I just spoke with him and he is in route and only 20 minutes away." Beware of this scam! They charge you a hefty $208 for a battery, but if you attempt to use the warranty, it only covers $65 of that amount. You can't even find a battery for $65! The warranty company stated that they intentionally lower the battery charge to deceive customers, piling on a $50 disposal fee and a $75 service fee. When you try to utilize your warranty, you'll end up feeling completely taken advantage of. read more

Nobody wants to come out to a flat tire, but alas that was how my afternoon began. I notified my insurance in hopes they'd have someone out as soon as possible. Within minutes I was notified Duggers was in the way. He arrived in under 25 minutes even though it was estimated around 70. The gentleman was friendly, efficient, knew where my items were located to change the tire without me having to explain it. He loaded my tire for me in the back of my vehicle and had the entire job complete in less than 10 minutes. Best roadside service I've ever had. I had Duggers replace a battery on May 8 at my home. The service man neglected to tighten the 3 nuts to secure the positive battery cable and this past Thursday 7/25/24 my car broke down at an eatery in Peoria. My car would not start so I called Dugger's. The guy came, tried to jump the battery, to no avail. The battery was dead. I then had to call a towing service and they delivered my car to a garage. It cost me $75 for the mechanic to tell me at the last battery installation, 3 months ago, the service man did not tighten the nuts and after a few months, the battery cable would no longer contact. I called Dugger's 3 times, was hung up on once. Each time I called, I was told the manager would be contacting me. It never happened. Poor service to say the least and I will never call them again. I got off of work Saturday night and couldn't start my car. I contacted my insurance and they sent Dugger's. It was less then 20 minutes from when I contacted my insurance to when they arrived. A quick jump of battery and I was on my way. Monday morning I contacted my mechanic to see if I could get in that day to have them look at my car (I was pretty sure my battery was still under warranty). I went to take my car to my mechanic and it wouldn't start. Contacted my insurance again and requested they send Dugger's again. Once again Dugger's came quickly and I was on my way. Both times they came my technician was friendly and professional. They let me know that they had batteries available but I never felt pressured. Although their technician David was excellent once he got there it took over 2 1/2 hours for him to arrive. His company did not set him up for success. The scheduling cannot be relied upon. I would not recommend them in any way shape or form if you need a timely and accurate road service. He was able to replace the battery in my own parking garage, and provided upfront pricing, which was less than what any auto shop or dealership was offering. AWFUL!! this company was sent out by our insurance. He unlocked my husbands car and then took off but the keys were still in the trunk and we could not access them. My husband called the gentleman within two minutes of him or pulling out of the parking lot, only to be told to YouTube how to access the trunk(alarm would not allow the trunk button to be pushed and there is no access from inside a 2018 Toyota Camry) . He left my husband in the parking lot with the alarm going off and still no keys absolutely terrible and I would never call these people if I were you. read more

I do not recommend getting a used car here. Yes, I understand used cars are used so they're not *brand new* I purchased a car from them in April/May of this year and have had nothing but problems with it. This car was obviously not looked over before they took the car in and before they put it up for sale. When I test drove the car, the AC wasn't working and it needed a new tire (the old one wasn't holding air). They said they would fix both of them free of charge. They fixed the AC but didn't replace the tire. So on top of the $5500 I spent on the car, I had to spend an additional $200-$300 on two new tires. On top of that, there was years of wear and tear on the spark plugs(I had to replace these) had to replace all the air filters, replace a gasket because the car was leaking oil, the front bumper keeps falling off, had to replace the coolant reservoir, the connecting tube for that, and (after only 3 months) my car began leaking oil and coolant again. My mechanic tells me the gaskets had been glued on with loctite and covered in silicone by the last person who worked on the car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I would much rather buy a car from Matilda's dad's dealership! read more
