If you knew me, you would know my two pugs are my absolute world; so when it comes to getting the closest thing to perfect for them, I do it. My mom has brought her dogs to places like Petco before who would make her dogs deathly ill - it was terrifying. It scared me to trust anyone with handling my two babies without my supervision to the point where it would literally cause me anxiety even thinking about. Once I moved to this area, I said to myself it's time for me to try and trust somewhere to bathe them for my sake and their sake. Finally, after doing some hard core research I came across this place and reached out to the owners via Facebook. They were so nice to me, quick at responding and clearly cared about the dogs well beings! I was SO happy with the first time they got groomed and I knew I'd be returning again. Well, today was time for their baths and they look STUNNING! They smell amazing, nails clipped perfectly, and ADORABLE FALL BANDANAS!! I can't even express how happy I am with their services. My dog felt at ease when he arrived and did not shiver which he has been known to do when I take him to the groomer. It seemed as though he felt at home. He also attempted to nip at employee who mentioned she "knows him." Neither of these behaviors are normal for our dog. Even during vet visits involving blood draws and needles, he has never reacted this way. It's clear that something happened during his last visit that caused him distress. I strongly suggest you look into this and speak with your staff. It's also worth noting that the last two times we've been there, the owner was not present -- and it shows.
