I pulled up and the outside of their shop there are signs that look like signs you would find at a Jiffy Lube that tell you which bay is what. I pulled up in front of the bay and waited for someone to greet me, which no one did. I had to wave a guy down and when I asked if I should pull into the bay, he started talking down to me as if I'm some sort of idiot, "You never pull into a working bay!" Some guy with brown hair and a beard. Well maybe if your shop didn't have that Jiffy Lube set up when you pull off of the main road going west, you wouldn't have this kind of issue! Maybe a sign that says PARK FOR SERVICE? Shouldn't the employees know what bay is which? Also I would rather not give my service to these people since the first thing I see when I pull up is a Blue Lives Matter sticker. Already knew the kind of people I was dealing with when I saw it, should have ran instead of being berated by someone who won't amount to anything else in life. Live and learn and avoid!

I've requested a 96' Miata to be fully inspected mechanically this morning to make sure everything is good before buying it from a private seller. They are doing their job fast while being completely honest and found an accident has happened to the car which is not documented by carfax or being mentioned by the seller (looks like the seller is not aware of those issues but not fully sure about that). They also identified the rear main seal leakage (commonly seen in Miata but around 1k costly repair required), front brake caliper stick into rotor (not a big issue but replacing 2 are also expensive in labor), big hole inside front rocker panel, and poor repair done by previous owners. In the end, I decided not to buy it because of the high repair cost, I did reach out to the seller for a pretty aggressive deal because of the accidents and stuff based on the estimation, the seller was also nice and very friendly though. But unfortunately, he was not being able to sell it for that price. I wouldn't say it's a lemon, but this shop really saved me from buying a potentially costly Miata although it's with a desirable 5-speed manual. Will definitely come back if there are any used vehicles I want to buy in the Northborough area. Keep it up!

I left the car from noon to 5 PM and was charged $420 for a repair I now believe was unnecessary. When I picked up the car, I found over 40 extra miles on the odometer and the engine had run for more than 3.5 hours--completely unreasonable for an inspection or exhaust work. It appears the car was used without my permission. No clear explanation, no transparency--just a feeling of being scammed. I do not recommend this shop.
