brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation upon leaving I asked the guy at the service department if he noticed that my wheels air sensor was gone. He said he didn't notice but when you start in my truck, you have to push the OK button soon as you start the truck so I asked if it was covered under my warranty he informed me that it was I said oh well I would've had to replace that had known it so he said we can put it on the ticket. It's not closed yet but we don't have one we have to order it , I'll call you when it gets in almost 3 months no call I called them and they informed me that the tickets closed and that I'm gonna have to pay $100 if I want it fixed when I already paid Dufor I said come to you because you guys are fair honest and you should've called me and said well the tickets closed and you're gonna have to pay another hundred bucks so I said that's bullshit did it before it was closed and now I gotta pay $100. He said yes that's right and I said I'll take my business somewhere else so the service department is very lackluster and I dealt with had a shitty attitude. read more

Service department no issue at all. Sales is a different story. I have purchased several vehicles in the past so I had no issue sending friends there. After all there slogan is "where friends send there friends" I sent three friends there and they were treated awful by Derek. They asked why I ever sent them there. A while back my mother was looking for a car. Found a decent Focus they had on the lot. Salesman told her one price then the next day when she went back that prices was a thousand dollars more. She ended up in a chevy. A few months ago she was looking for another car. I left a message for a salesman to call me back. He must be busy because I have yet to hear from him. I left a similar review on their Facebook page they deleted it and blocked me. I have no problem with the service department but I will never purchase another vehicle there. I know for a fact a couple of their own employees dont buy their vehicles there because they can get a better deal down the street. I have never had such a car buying experience. Derek was informed and friendly the entire way. I never felt like I needed a shower to wash the slime off of me when leaving. That says enough but there was so much more I liked about this dealership. I'm 36 and this is my 5th car buying experience. I was ready to not feel taken advantage of. That "let me check with the sales manager" crap was getting pretty old. I saw Lamaroux had amazing reviews on here as well as other buyer rating sites. I drove passed 2 ford dealerships to get out here (1 hour drive) and it's been worth every drive. I had to order my car. Because it was a Ford ST (performance version of the regular car) it took months to build my car. During these months Derek kept in touch in an awesome, non slimy way. He already had the sale but he was as pumped on this car as I was. We would share videos we found on YouTube and he saved magazines that came across his desk for me. In short, I highly recommend Lamoureux and Derek for your next Ford purchase. I'm still blown away at how awesome they were to work with. Will never go to this Ford dealer again. I contacted this dealership for a screeching noise that was coming from my front end. I made an appointment at this dealership to have this issue looked at. I dropped my car off at 8:00am and the dealership contacted me to pick it up at 4:20pm. The representative that contacted me: Mitch, had an rude, apathetic attitude that I didn't care. Mitch informed me that I had a leak in my front end and that the repair job was labor intensive and they didn't have the parts to complete it that day and the cost would be $1200. When I picked my car up, I was charged $66 for them simply to tell what was wrong with my car. I took the car to a small local owned autoshop for a second opinion. The mechanic looked at my car and had me feel under my hood to show me that there was indeed no leak whatsoever. The mechanic charged me $0 to look at my car. Lameroux Ford ripped me off for $66 and attempted to rip me off another $1200. This dealership assumes all of its customers are stupid and thinks they can rip them for large amounts of money. Sadly, they most likely get away with this often. Don't get ripped off like I almost did; go to a local autoshop or if you have to or go a Ford dealership, go to Sunnyside Ford in Holden as they are more trustworthy and not out to rip you off. read more

As far as service on vehicles here, stay away if not a warranty issue. I have been buying vehicles here for 25 years and no complaints as far as that goes. Service is a different matter. The new staff is awful they held my car hostage for over an hour because they failed at upselling me.

"Am I the only customer here?" I asked myself as I was purchasing my new F-350. As I looked around I noticed plenty of customers, but I felt as if I was the only one who mattered at that point. Lamoureux Ford is a small town Ford dealer that has been around for a few decades. The selection of used pickup trucks is rather limited at any given time, so they did not have what I was looking for when I was shopping for a pickup truck. I called and let one of the sales guys know what I was looking for in order that he could contact me if they happened to acquire anything that fit my needs. Unfortunately they didn't have anything arrive within the few weeks I was looking. Because of this, I am unable to comment on their sales processes/prices. I did eventually purchase a pickup truck from an out of state dealership which developed problems within the first 1,000 miles / 30 days which were the responsibility of selling dealership. I brought the pickup truck to Lamourex Ford to be repaired and the service department handled the repairs just fine. The main detractor and reason for the 2 star rating is their pricing for services and parts. They unapologetically charge full Ford MSRP on all parts. They quoted $2,000 for a brake job (back brakes & parking brake) that actually cost $1,200 at a local garage. Their labor rate was exactly double what other shops charge. They wanted $500 each for two parts that only cost $147 for the pair at the local shop. Because this is a Ford dealership, I do expect that the prices will be more than most local shops, but this was about double. I'd love to bring my pickup there in the future but I simply will not be able to afford it. read more

Took my vehicle to Lamoureux Ford for a second opinion on a costly repair to the undercarriage I was told was needed. Brian put the vehicle up on the lift, showed me what was being recommended by the other company, and told me it was not necessary. Lamoureux Ford was the fourth dealership I went to to buy an F-150. I knew exactly the truck I wanted and they had it there. I worked with Bob Parker, Bob's a straightforward salesman which I appreciated greatly after going to other dealerships and having them try to sell me something I didn't want. Actually, everyone I spoke with at Lamoureux Ford was above board and professional. Bob Parker did a good job explaining the important facts about the truck, while he was doing that the owner of the dealership came out to personally thank me for choosing his dealership to purchase my new F-150...I've never seen the owner of other car dealerships I purchased from except on a TV commercial. Also, the service manager I spoke with there was very helpful and made sure my issue was dealt with right away...awesome!! I would not hesitate to purchase another car or truck at Lamoureux Ford based on the professionalism of the staff there.
