I've worked with most of the girls; they are all great! My favorites are Meg and Reanna because of the amount of lashes they manage to fit onto my eyes! I had scheduled a 2-3 week fill appointment with Reanna today at 4:30pm. I was disappointed with my fill as they still look sparse, especially compared to my previous fill I had from another person at this location. She explained someone was booked directly after me at 5:30pm and because of that she only did as much as she could. I was 10 minutes late (but called ahead and left a message to notify them) and realize appointment length time can vary depending on how full your lashes are. However I feel like it's also important to account for the unknown and the 5-10 min time it takes to set up, discuss length, etc. it would be better to give some sort of grace periods between appointments. This is the first time this situation has happened to me where I'm disappointed with the look of my lashes and I have been to several locations over the last few years. The facility itself is fine, but the parking lot is metered before 4 and time limited. *picture attached of what my lashes looked like immediately after the appointment. Update: mini fill or not, my lashes still should have looked full (my fill before this was 1.5 weeks prior) Also, if this is standard practice, I would've appreciated a phone call back notifying me of this so I could have rescheduled. Or at the very least, let me know before the session began rather than after. Lastly, I have scheduled a follow up appointment with a different person because I already pre-purchased a fill package. I'm hoping this issue was stylist related and not the location. read more

I was hesitant to get lash extensions due to the upkeep, but now I know it is WORTH IT! I get to see DC every few weeks for lashes and I wouldn't have it any other way. DC does an amazing job at making my lashes beautiful, long, and lasting. I get compliments all the time because she gives me my ideal lashes (full yet natural looking) DC creates a super relaxing experience, but she is also super fun and charming when I want to talk :) I can't imagine having better lashes or a better experience from anyone else! read more

Not my first time getting a lash lift, but this was my first time getting a lash lift at Dulce after my go-to in Ballard was booked out for months. The reviews seemed promising, and thought I would be in good hands with Sang Mi. Instead, I was left rather dismayed by the service by Sang Mi, which was significantly lacking and surprising, since other reviews have great things to say and I booked with her for that very reason. First: when I came in, I was not greeted at all, just coldly handed forms to complete (not even a hi, or a welcome). Then, 45 agonizingly awkward, 100% silent minutes passed without so much as a "how was your day?" or "is this your first time getting lashes done?" or anything at all from Sang Mi. Literally no conversation at all, even when I told her I was new. Just complete and utter silence. I tried myself to make friendly pleasantries, which resulted in just cold, toneless, mostly one word answers from Sang Mi. Finally, I gave up, and let the silent minutes tick by, one after another. It is a beautiful space, but I was treated almost like I was a problem or annoyance, and the entire experience was uncomfortable and frankly, rather bizarre. Ah, she did offer one question for me: At the end with check out, she asked how much gratuity I wanted to add onto the service. My first instinct was to say "wait, what service?". Though of course I left a tip, but I don't plan to return. I'll wait five months to see my usual lash stylist in Ballard. At least she's makes me feel like an actual customer and treats me with kindness. read more

Dulce Lash Lounge - Eyelash Service Near Me - Seattle, Washington

This was my first time getting false eyelashes so I was a little worried about the whole experience, but my friends convinced me so I went for it! I bought the classic full set Groupon ($103) and immediately scheduled an appointment with Dulce - you can book online!! (Which i love!) This location is small and cozy but they've done a good job with the space. It's clean, nicely decorated in crisp whites and brightly lit. The salon was easy to find since it's right on Lake Union on the Westlake side. They are suite 102 so you have to walk around to the back of the building - the side facing the lake. The appointment itself was LONG (2.5 hours). If you aren't someone who can sit still for long, this will be difficult. I recommend listening to music or an audio book to make it go by faster. I found that talking made me move my eyes which just delays the process longer. The bed was pretty comfortable so it wasn't too bad. The esthetician really took her time to walk me through what to expect and steps she was taking and she provided a ton of dos and donts since this was my first time and wanted to make sure I maximize how long they last. She also made sure I was happy with the end result and offered to fix anything I didn't like. My only suggestion for improvement would be to show examples of what each type of lash looks like - she asked me how curled I want them and since I didn't really have anything to go off of I had to just go with it and take a risk. I'm pretty easy going so it worked out but it would be useful if they had before/after pictures to show you at time of appointment. read more

My lashes look good, but on weekends the front door is locked AND they don't have anyone running the front desk. So you have to stand outside until someone can let you in, and that's if they know you're there. (There was no call box to reach them.) It would have been nice to know that when I booked the appointment. read more

I got my lashes done by someone from a different company and was having some irritation and swelling on one of my eyes. I called around to see if anyone would be able to squeeze me in to possibly remove my extensions and was contacted by Ophelia from Dulce Lash Lounge. She was super nice and was willing to take me in and see if she could do anything to help. I loved that rather than just taking them off, she took the time to talk with me about the symptoms I was having and tried to pinpoint the source of my discomfort. Ophelia was super knowledgeable and I was truly grateful that she was able to get me in the same day I contacted her. She took her time and I really felt comfortable with her working on my lashes despite the discomfort I was feeling from the swelling on my eye. Updating my review since it's now been awhile since I've been a customer. I love Dulce Lash. I have had my lashes done for the last year and recently had my brows microbladed. Every experience is positive and I recommend them to everyone who compliments me on my lashes and brows. Keely did an amazing job with my volume lashes. I'm so in love with how my thin short lashes look with the the volume lashes. I've had classic extensions for close to four years from a different salon but I never left feeling it it was what I wanted even though I kept saying I wanted the longest and most dramatic lash they had. Finally Keely gave me what I had been wanting for so long. They are perfect and I will be coming back to Dulce Lash Lounge for a long time. read more

I'm giving a one star review not based on the quality of work that I've experienced at Dulce but due to their poor customer service. I have been going to Dulce for the last few months in preparation for my wedding. After receiving my confirmation text the day before my appt (which I confirmed for) I came in for my last appointment before the wedding to find that my appointment had been cancelled by the manager that morning because my lash stylist had moved to the Mercer Island location. I had just been in two weeks prior and it was never mentioned to me that she would be moving nor did I receive a phone call or voicemail stating that I would need to move my appt until the morning of my appointment. I looked back at my email and verified that I had not received any notification prior to the morning of stating that my stylist had left. They had no way to accommodate me and I was leaving town that same evening as it is a destination wedding. The woman who had to break the news to me was hardly apologetic and kept insinuating that it was my fault because they had tried to get a hold of me which I assured her after looking through voicemails, emails and phone calls that I had not been notified until that morning. As a beauty professional myself, I was so incredibly disappointed with how this was handled and would never return to a place with so little respect for their clientele. I will be sure to warn my friends who also have utilized Dulce's services as many of them are beauty professionals and would also never let a situation like this occur in our salons. read more

Although it's hidden from the street (so a bit tricky to find), it's a great place and conveniently located. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable. I went in yesterday for my first fill and I left extremely disappointed and will not be returning again. I told her I wanted my eyelashes to be fuller, darker, more dramatic and she said she would do it. After 45 minutes, she "finished". When I looked in the mirror, I didn't even notice a difference. She even ended up cutting my extensions down one size from a 14 to a 13. I noticed instantly. I'm very unhappy with my lashes and already looking forward to the next time I get them filled, only this time at a different salon. If you want noticeable lashes, save yourself the money and go somewhere else! read more

I found my lash home! After moving from NYC and trying a WHOLE bunch of places, I've found my regular person - Gianna. She's so thorough and very detail oriented! My lashes last 2-3 weeks and the shape is always very pretty and classic. The owner Meg is also great because my first experience wasn't the best, but Meg reached out to me (unprompted and just as a check-in) and was flexible about setting up another session to make sure I had a good experience. Keeley is awesome! Not only is she skilled at her craft, but she is also kind, flexible, and has a soothing presence during the session. Getting lash extension is not something I can keep up with year round, but it is a treat whenever I come in. I've been going to Dulce for the few couple of months and I think the biggest turn off for me has been their custom service in the past week. I had an appointment scheduled and never received the text or call confirmation, so naturally I called the Dulce Lash Lounge week of my appointment because I wanted to make sure I had the right time. No one picked up, I left a message, and didn't hear back. I came to the salon the next day "guessing" what time my appointment would be, lucky for me I was early but didn't miss my appointment. When I got there, I was told that the lash stylist I requested to see wouldn't be able to see me which is frustrating because I scheduled that day specifically for that reason and at that point I could not reschedule or cancel because it was same day and that they would charge me... I saw a different lash stylist in which I wasn't exactly thrilled mainly because I had already built up what I like with my prior stylist. After I left I called to inform them that I would like to get my lashes fixed the following day, no one picked up and I didn't get any response. If you're looking for customer service and quality, I wouldn't come here. read more

I was a little apprehensive to get microblading, but Sang Mi put my worries to rest with her thorough walkthrough of the procedure and after care. I had a mink full set done here a couple years ago when they were in the basement and loved the results. I came back hoping for the same results but my lash artist only applied lashes to about 2/3 of my natural lashes. I know it's harder to get a really full look with mink because they are so thin (and they must be tricky to apply), but for some reason she didnt apply any lashes at all the the inner 1/3 of either eye. At first I thought, maybe she just used really short ones--but no, nothing is attached. Four or five are really wonky, even after brushing carefully. Six or eight have fallen off. I got them yesterday and it looks like I got them three weeks ago. My eyelashes look like a jumble of spider legs. Bummer. read more

She is the most talented lash technician i have ever gone to. Not only does she take her time, but she does the best job. They bend and stay bent. After a few days some are curved some aren't. I do not like to give reviews that aren't positive. But this time I felt it's needed. I've been receiving lash extensions for 6 years in South Florida. Recently moved to the Seattle area and did heavy research on a good place to have my lashes done. Uhhh.... I really wish I didn't have to give this place one star but really? My extensions completely fell off within the first 48 hrs....I noticed a few on my cheek before I even got home from the session but thought that they might've just been some she dropped or something. Nope. Used no oil products and stayed away from steam. They just kept falling onto my cheeks ALL DAY. Really disappointed. I even left a nice tip because the girl was really nice but come on....I never do these either so to blow through over $200 on nothing is really some b.s. read more
