All employees including the Owner/Manager always greet you and make sure you feel welcomed. The owner is always there and always helping customers, this guy is great! They do everything from packing/boxing services to shipping, shredding, printing, fax, passport photos, personal and business mailboxes, and notary services. UPS is a bit pricey but worth it when you come to this location.
