The party was planned a little last minute because we didn't know when we'd get our gender results back, so I was a little pressed for time to find a bakery that could make a cake for me within a few days. La Paz really accommodated my last minute request and our food allergy restrictions. They did their best to make sure they could accommodate egg yolk and dairy sensitivity, and even texted me to make sure their ingredients were okay! They also called me to confirm how I would like the gender to be revealed in the cake and were very clear on how they were going to execute it. I have never experienced such attentive customer service! They even decorated the cake so well, even though it was a last minute order. Not only were they able to accommodate my last minute request with grace, the cake also came out BEAUTIFULLY! It was enormous and so delicious. The cake was so light and fluffy.
