I've ordered from Gayana a few times. My biggest orders was 50+ macaroons and (2) dozen cupcakes. The macaroons are absolutely delicious and that's coming from a macaroon snob. I've had plenty in my lifetime and this is hands down one of the best. So glad to be able to order from her and support a small business. I typically order a few days ahead of time. Beyond my expectations! If you are in CA this is a must. I am in Florida and my friend lives near Valencia CA, I wanted to send my friend some macaroons for her bday. I found Sweety Bitty here in yelp and just fell in love with her presentation, as a chef myself, I know that when someone puts so care much into presentation, they put just as much love or more on their product. I contacted her and she was willing to take the long drive to deliver a beautiful box of Macaroons to my friend. I was blown away by her customer service and how she made sure my package and variety of macaroons were just what I wanted. She was on time to deliver them. Sadly I wasn't able to taste them myself, but my friend who has a very refined pallet was extremely happy with the flavor, texture and presentation. I highly recommend this company and can't wait till they ship outside of CA. A side note...she is building her site, but you can contact her via the number here, also see her work on IG under the same name.

The Service: Gayana is the owner and also the pastry chef. She takes order herself. She is very sweet. Good customer service! The Macarons: She handmade all her macarons. They are all pre-ordered. Everything is freshly made!! What I love the most is they are not overly sweet!! I can definitely eat the whole box by myself~ Good quality ingredients is the key! My little mermaid princess just turned 5 and requested Ariel cupcakes. As always we chose Sweety Bitty Pastry and they completed the order perfectly. Everything was made freshly and done on time. Also great price for organic products used. I can really tell how much love and compassion was put into these desserts and the baking process. All the kids are in awe and loved everything. I found Sweety Bitty Pastry on Yelp when I was looking for macarons in the Valley, and decided to send a message inquiring how to order. I was able to place an order in advance for 10 macarons in a variety of flavors at $2 each: Pistachio Pistachio with raspberry Mango Salted caramel Mint/lime Chocolate/coffee My husband picked them up from Gayane's home and she was sweet enough to run out to the car to deliver them since he had a baby and puppy with him. The macarons were packaged in a really pretty box at no extra charge, and the macarons were only $2 each! This is a deal compared to other places! I didn't get to try every flavor since my husband dug into them before I got home (lol), but my favorite was definitely the salted caramel. I'm hoping to place another order soon, hopefully when more flavors are added to the menu. :) read more

Such good Macarons! I got the salted caramel flavor :) it has a slightly strong salt/cream cheese taste to them so it's not overly sweet and I ate my whole box in the same day I got them so... I definitely recommend haha read more

My husband works close to this home pastry. His colleague recommended him it. He knows how I like macarons and decided to surprise me. This HANDMADE macarons are only $2.0 a piece! The shells are perfectly smooth without any cracks on them. When you bite them, the shell is crunchy outside, and then it's soft and chewy inside. It's the perfect texture and consistency. The flavors I tried (pistachio/raspberry and coffee/chocolate ganache) was really delicious... The only thing, you should make an order advance, but therefore you can be sure macarons are fresh made. read more

I don't think I can ever eat any other macarons except the ones she makes! They are sooo good. You can definitely taste the difference between hers and store-bought ones. These are super fresh! She doesn't use preservatives; frankly, these won't need it anyway 'coz I can finish them in one sitting lol. Can't wait to have my next batch read more

Tried the Assorted Macarons. I will say i have had quite a few in my day. They where fresh and fluffy not too dry like a lot of other companies have. And the filling they had tasted just like the condensed milk my grandma used to make. Will defenetly be buying getting more at some point. Also makes as a nice Dinner gift. read more

First time when I tried Gayane's macaroons I instantly told myself "now this is how I like my macaroons'. They were so tender and fresh, and she delivered them to me. I haven't ordered her other stuff she makes and bakes but I believe they will be as good. Absolutely perfect. Good variety of flavors and excellent presentation. A few friends and I ordered several boxes as gifts and they were a fan favorite amongst everyone. The boxes are super cute and really show how much care went into them and the macarons themselves taste so fresh and perfectly flavorful and sweet. You can tell that fresh natural ingredients were used and none of that artificial stuff. I loved the pistachio, it tasted just like a pistachio. Not sure how they do it, but I don't I've ever tasted a macaron that good. Will definitely be back for many more! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Gayana S.

My earliest memories of cooking is of my grandmother. She was an executive chef of a famous restaurant in Russia, and she always baked at home. She instilled the love for baking in me since a very young age. I remember visiting her often and being greeted with a delicious scent of freshly-baked homemade cookies. My sister and I were allowed to take a couple of cookies from the oven before anyone else, and we cherished the moment of tasting her amazing creations. When I grew up, I learned to bake so I can re-create the same experience for my daughter- so she can come home to delicious scent of homemade cookies. Although I make many delicious dishes, homemade French macaroons and pastries are my passion!

We started with cappuccinos that were so good we immediately ordered a second round. Smooth, rich, and exactly what you hope for when you're looking forward to a leisurely breakfast. My daughter and I shared an omelet filled with spinach, goat cheese, and other delicious ingredients that came together perfectly. It was light, flavorful, and exactly the right choice for breakfast. I also had a Bellini for the first time, and it was a delightful addition to our meal. After finishing the omelet, I couldn't resist ordering one of the croissants, and I'm so glad I did. That croissant deserves special mention. Large, beautiful, flaky, buttery, and everything a croissant should be. One bite and we understood why people rave about the bakery. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, with attentive service that made it easy to slow down and enjoy the morning. Large windows provided wonderful views of the surrounding downtown buildings, and we found ourselves lingering over coffee while watching the city come to life. As if breakfast wasn't enough, the pastry display caught our attention on the way out. Everything looked so beautiful and delicious that we couldn't resist taking a few pastries home with us. We haven't tried them yet, but if they're anything like breakfast, we're in for a treat. Bottega Louie was a wonderful stop before heading home and a breakfast we'll definitely remember. Gayana is my go to for cake pops, macaroons and mini desserts for my kids birthdays! Always fresh, made to order, colors are vibrant and they taste not overly sweet, you can tell she is using best ingredients!
