Everything was excellent - I had dark chocolate ice cream and I bought some chocolate covered espresso beans which were totally good quality and tried some of their almond chocolate toffee petits. Seemed like a Colorado classic establishment type of place. I had been to Kilns and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and all 3 of these places in Denver have great products but feel dated inside the establishments. Please get a modern refresh! I love unique Colorado vibe with the white chocolate cowboy boots etc. Just needs a modern interior refresh! Staff was friendly. There are like at least 2 - 3 different counters at the store. It's a huge store. I was a little lost! So much to look at inside. It's a coffee shop, ice cream shop, chocolate shop, retail gift shop, community hangout, etc! Lots of tasty free samples!

Kathleen was amazing! So much to say how the customer experience... from walking into the space and be greeted, then learning the process of why the toffee is kept in the freezer to where the candies are made, to being able to sample all the flavors of the ice cream! The toffee ice cream is really rich and heavy but the lime ice cream is refreshing so that's what I got! If you are looking for amazing, delicious toffee in a space to sit and enjoy the sunlight coming in you won't regret it and for us ladies we can go shop at Rags and Bloom!

The best toffee I've had. Get the almond toffee in the fridge - the shelf stable ones are still amazing but just don't hit the same for some reason. They come in the traditional version (slab that you break off into pieces) or the petites (individual servings about the size of a truffle). Great for souvenirs. They have samples up front, and I was even able to sample the sugar free almond toffee (amazing as well but too much maltitol can have a laxative effect). There is plenty of parking in the lot although it can get quite busy. The store has some seating available in case you want to eat your chocolates there or buy some ice cream or coffee.

This is quite the busy store, especially during the holidays. This store offers a wide selection of Enstrom Candies as well as a coffee and ice cream shop. Samples of seasonal offerings are available as well as wrapped singles of their infamous milk and dark chocolate almond toffee bites. If you are able to fight the traffic and get a coveted parking spot, it's worth the trip.

I love old skool places....Enstrom is a throw back to a different time. Things seem slower paced and more chill. Their products are super quality. Last time we bought a high end tea bag set for a hostess gift for thanksgiving. Love all their candies especially their Chocolates. It is Christmas time and this place is perfect for those special presents.

I'd never heard of the Colorado confection company until we were gifted a box of Enstrom Assorted Milk and Dark Chocolates. The fillings ranged from caramels to nut clusters to soft cream centers. Our box consisted of two levels, 30 pieces in total. I didn't try the toffee they're famously known for & I'm not particularly drawn to overly chewy caramels or nutty centers, but milk chocolate with soft cream centers -- I can get into some serious trouble with those. I'm going off of memory & ventured guesses, as our box didn't come with an insert of descriptors, but (what I assume were) the cherry, strawberry, maple, & coconut fillings were the ones I most enjoyed. Super sweet, as to be expected. Three stars instead of four because the taste of the milk chocolate doesn't motivate me to purchase a box of Enstrom either for myself or as a gift.

Their selection of fine chocolates is unparalleled. The location is so much bigger than I expected and the seating area is so inviting. I don't think I'll ever be able to get enough of their toffee, it's extraordinary. I also got a maple, brown sugar latte while I was there and it was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

For years I've humored my wife and kids coming here to get crazy flavored candy canes and very expensive truffles. Today I got some of their almond toffee and it changed my religion. I'd step over my own mother for another box. Highly recommend.

The candy is so delicious. I want to give the dark covered cherries a higher review. Others do not compare. Will only buy these from now on.

And I'm happy to say that I enjoyed today's visit tremendously. What a large selection of chocolates they have! And everything is neatly placed and displayed. I simply had a hard time choosing as to what I'd get. Yup, you have to make at least several trips to get to know what the store sells but even after the several trips, you would only cover 30-40% (at the most) of their selection (is my assumption.) The lady at the counter was courteous and offered to assist me if needed; service is top-notch. I got me a bar of chocolate (thought I grabbed dark but ended up with milk; this was okay!); a few caramels; a few square truffles and a single square of some simple milk chocolate piece. The total came about $18 with some change. Not bad. Along with the cap I got from the next door coffee shop, I started to savor the two truffles in my car. Palisade Peach was phenomenal; Mango Chili was delicious, too but I liked the Palisade Peach better. And the decorative printing on top of the truffle pieces was simply a beautiful piece of art. At home, I had a few pieces of the milk chocolate bar (violet). The violet flavor was subtle and as such, I didn't taste it much but overall, this is a very delicious bar to say the least. I'd definitely try the rose flavor one next time (there was also blueberry lavender flavor one; there should be more I believe.) It's not just for yourself; it's a great place to buy some sweets as a gift! Great for holidays!

There is something about this chocolatier that stands out from others. Is it the ambiance? Or is it…read morethe kinds of chocolate products they make? Not sure. When I found Bibamba while I was at Edgewater Food Hall to get me a plate of Ethiopian food, I stumbled up it by accident. The kind lady who was manning the register inside was above and beyond while I was sampling different types of chocolate barks along the window shelves. She explained to me that the store opened about three years ago. Really? I am pretty sure I had come here within that time frame at least once. I guess I had missed this place out of ignorance. Well, I, at least, discovered it. This is a Colorado store which imports cacao beans from Cameroon as the owner runs/owns a farm in the African country. Per the information board on the wall, the farm sustainably sources everything. I certainly appreciate businesses that focus on social responsibility. The chocolate bark samples I tried were all exquisite. After tasting, I walked around a bit to take some photos of the interior. Yes, this store is quite different than other typical chocolatiers for sure. You'll have visit it and see for yourself. The glass showcase upfront had truffles, cakes and parfaits all nicely displayed. The decadent looking cake or the parfait were tantalizing. Unfortunately, however, they were a little too big for me. Hence I decided to go with several pieces of the small chocolates as they all were of a good size. I got me two truffles and one chocolate piece. And they were.... -Black Forest Buzz Truffle -Cinnamon Roll Truffle -Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Including tax and tip, all came to less than $14. Quite decent, I thought. I enjoyed all of them but my absolute shout-out goes to the Black Forest Buzz Truffle. It was so good where I wanted to go back to the shop immediately to get me another one. Yes, I agree. As the store name says it all, this is an artisan chocolate shop. The skills and techniques they use to create those outstanding chocolate pieces are high-quality, one-of-a-kind goods that are distinguished from others. You won't taste something like this in those mass-produced ones sold at the store we go to daily. Bibamba simply became my absolute favorite chocolatier that day. The only complaint? It's not very close from my southeast Denver house!!!
