I have met doctors who worked without functioning electricity or fancy toys or access to the latest medicine at the time that cured me of serious illnesses as a child and it is pathetic to see that for supposedly the greatest medical care in the world, this lot cares more about money than a child's wellbeing. And their billing? Utter and complete s--show. Everytime we go in there and ask if there are any outstanding dues we are told "no outstanding dues." Then suddenly a statement shows up from 6 months or 2 years prior or a collections notice. I've had a pleasant experience with most of the providers and healthcare staff with the exception of 1-2 one off experiences. I've been able to come in for same-day appointments as needed and have received callbacks from the nurse advice hotline within an hour or so of leaving a message.
