I probably had 6 or 7 roofing companies out to my house to provide an estimate for a minor roof leak at the rear of my house. Pricing was all over the place from $760 to $1800. I didn't trust the proposals, and quite frankly some of the reps. Fortunately, I made one more call and met Ben Burnie. He has dozens of great reviews on Google and now I know why. Highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful, great pricing and a flat out nice guy. He solves problems! Or, if you (and your spouse who they request be present (eye-roll)) would rather not sit through pointless powerpoint presentation about the history of those companies, just call Ben. Ben came to my house personally to examine my roof and gave me a quote that same day. His price was right in line with the most competitive quotes and he was very personable and honest--there was no pressure or sales pitch. Ben worked with me to find the right design and colors to satisfy my HOA requirement, responded to all of my questions within a day, was easy to talk to and always available to discuss changes or updates. On the day of the installation Ben's team arrived early and were very careful to cover the areas around my house with tarps and avoid sensitive plants. I was home during the installation that day, and Ben and his team worked diligently all day, with Ben himself coming around regularly to show me progress photos.
