Quality work at a fair price with great customer service After we noticed water damage on the bedroom ceiling in our townhouse, we read the reviews and, called Low Cost Roofing (LCR). Rolando was able to come over the following day. He performed a thorough interior and exterior inspection of our roof and clearly documented the issues including providing pictures. He clearly explained our options and the benefits and costs of each of them. We chose to have our roof completely replaced. He sent a crew over the following morning to temporarily repair the problem. And, we were able to schedule the work within a week. He and his crew completed the roof in a single day. They were extremely professional. Rolando provide a full set of before and after pictures and the crew left the area around our townhouse cleaner than they found it. He also arranged for a contractor to perform the necessary interior repairs which were completed the following week. Low Cost Roofing gets a solid 4.5 stars from me, but I'll round up. It took three tries and a few months for them to fix an issue with my roof, but it seems to be better now. Communication and scheduling with them are really tricky. They are not the easiest to get a hold of, and being on time is an issue. Several of their appointments were missed without notice. Smh‍it started off good but, this company let me down. The project started off on great business and communication until, I found out they did a bang up job and just cut a whole in my ceiling. I asked for a sun tunnel installation because the old one passed its time. The workers for LCR came through and gave me the impression of professionals... until I had an issue where the tunnel view started to slide out of the ceiling, one year later. I made a phone call to the company to get help on a fix. The owner, Andrew, came by without problem. He even came in to inspect the work himself and told me that they did the job wrong! I was shocked to hear that they didn't do the job correctly straight from their boss. I then said thanks for that info, my tunnel is under warranty. I think when I notified him of the warranty, he was not interested in fixing the tunnel, due to him knowing he wasn't getting paid to fix it. He then proceeded to say he would fix it the following week. That week came and he didn't come by. Andrew then said he's waiting for a part and he'd be right over to fix. It's been close to a month and I don't get text or phone calls anymore from this company. I ended up looking at YouTube to fix it myself. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed on how this company handled business. I paid over $2k+ on this project and didn't get the help I needed. Stay away from this company. They have poor customer resolve and will take your money. read more

Just moved and had a leaking skylight on a pre-fab sunroom built in the 1980/90s. Andrew was quick to respond, priced right, and very friendly and easy to work with. They replaced my roof in two days and did a great job and gave a fair price. They are very professional and communicative too. I got quotes from about ten companies and Harjot was by far the most professional and sincere. Other than one suspiciously low quote from another vendor, this was the only quote that I did not think the salesman was adding unnecessary line items to. Harjot was friendly, on time, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. Almost every other rep that came by to give me a quote was pushy and frankly annoying. I chose this company because Harjot was very respectful and answered my questions with great care. I am a very satisfied customer and you will be too! I normally pick vendors with more Yelp reviews, but am so happy I chose this company. I did a lot of research on every vendor that came by and this is the only company without at least a handful of concerning reviews. FYI this company has more reviews on google if you are not sold yet. Their roofing team was efficient and did a great job cleaning up. They worked so hard and were on their hands and knees checking for small debris in my yard at the end of the installation. As a dog owner, I really appreciate how careful they were. Also there was one area of the roof visible from the street that I hadn't noticed and I almost made a terrible design decision since I didn't really understand the issue.
