And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later. I can not recommend a more honest and caring place to get your car worked on. I dropped my 2019 Audi off early in the afternoon to have my front grill replaced with an upgraded version. Upon arrival Nicholas explained the cost and process to me. I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with. In close to a decade going there one part went up in price by a few dollars from the time I spoke to them to the time I got the repair without them having yet seen my vehicle (another place did the diagnostic and I didn't trust them). They informed me of the price change and got permission to go ahead with the fix. This is more than made up by them times I've shown up with my car going "what's going on" and them telling me what I need to do is "x" for a lot less money. $450 for routine maintenance?!?!…read more These people are absolutely immoral, charging over $300 for just for the labor on an oil change, and then some stuff I didn't even ask for. An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place. Obviously never going back and will tell everyone not to use them.
