In less than 20 minutes, they had fabricated a permanent fix for my problem and didn't even charge me. Last year, they replaced a heat shield at substantial savings after explaining my options. (Over $500 in savings). They did an outstanding job and had the work completed in less than a day. Brought my car here for a random misfire. Left it there all day, came back and they told me there…read morewas nothing wrong with it. Ok. As I'm driving home the check engine light comes on and the car starts jerking on the highway, and much worse than before. I come back a week later to have it fixed as I live an hour away. This time I needed it fixed for sure, and asked them to replace the rear strut and tie rods also as I already have the parts. Again I left it with them all day. I made arrangements to be off work and asked others to help me with rides while I waited. Didn't hear anything all day until I called 10 minutes before they closed. I was told they don't believe in throwing unnecessary parts at the vehicle because their scanner couldn't come up with anything. The audacity they have to waste my time, money, and energy! Such terrible service, they could've told me from the start if they didn't have the time, talent, or resources to complete the job. This place will take you as a fool. Beware!

We called so many places and perfect timing was the only place that said they could get us in right away. They used their personal car to drive us to a car rental. I can honestly say I have never met a nicer group of people. They did an amazing amazing job on his car and helped us save so much money. Truly an amazing place with amazing people.
