Came in day after Christmas 2025 to return a few items. I've shopped in the store numerous times over the years and wish there was a closer location because of traffic. I'm in the Springfield area. The store offers a wide range of clothing items and novelty goods. Customer service is always nice but it can be difficult to find an associate to assist sometimes. The cashier/checkout/customer service "bull pin" is centrally located in the middle of the store. Right now,I can't recommend ordering online with the option to ship to me from Duluth. Why? Because they use a second rate company like Veho to do their delivery services.i ordered 2 items,they shipped on the 18th. Were supposed to be here on Monday/Tuesday.were.in Alexandria..they were then sent to Savage md,where theyve now set "delayed" since then..no one can tell me why they're delayed or even why they were sent to MD to begin with. Duluth won't do anything about it until the 2nd if they don't arrive by then... I have been a loyal customer and brand ambassador for over 20 years, and based on recent experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sizing is inconsistent from one color to another within the same product, and your inventory management is clearly flawed. I placed an online order on Sunday for an item shown as in stock, my credit card was charged immediately, and four days later I was notified that the item was actually out of stock. It makes no sense to allow an order to be placed and charged if the product is not available. Now I am expected to wait 10-12 business days for a refund. In addition, your stores are consistently disorganized, with boxes and clothing left scattered on the sales floor awaiting processing. This reflects poorly on the brand and the customer experience. It is disappointing to reach this point after more than two decades of loyalty, but these issues are unacceptable. read more

Everything i loved about the store last time was, if anything, even better this go round; I hardly thought that was possible! Came in for the first time a couple days ago not knowing what Duluth was. Come to find out it's a great clothing store with a bunch of opinions I've never seen!! Especially in their underwear section haha!! I ended up getting a pair of their buck naked underwear. Raul was a great help. He told me which ones were the most comfortable because he himself is a buck naked user! I love how the workers also shop at the store! Makes me want to apply!!!!!!! 4/25/21 There are a number of items to check out at Duluth Trading Company and some of the things they have I didn't even know about. The Alaskan short sleeve shirts with button snaps caught my eye. The felt nice on my hand. Wasn't sure if I could try them on in the fitting room so I did not do that. I will ask someone later on. I came to several photos and some if them I have seen on television ads. One of them reminds me of Larry The Cable Guy. I actually thought Duluth was some kind of brand name he came up with for a while. I finally arrived at the Buck Naked Underwear, but sadly, I did not like the feel of Buck Naked Underwear. There are other type to which I have gone back into the store to get a picture of the types. I did find out if the fitting rooms are open for men and women. The public bathrooms are open too. There are pictures of the different kinds of brands by the bathrooms too. I did buy a Emerald Green silicone drinking glass. After I clean it throughly, I will test it out. I asked if the glass is dishwasher safe and was told it was hy an employee who has some of the glasses. I will return to get another item from this store next week or the following. First off very nice employees are here. Duluth does a fine job, of getting helpful folks. There's no denying the excellent customer service. Their prices though, and it's a opinion, are rather high. Some of their flannel shirts have been great, others have been mediocre. When dropping this kind of money excellence, is the only acceptable answer. Cool display when you walk in. They have a good amount of clothes and shoes. What I like the most are, the Duke Cannon "Big A)s Bricks of Soap." Naval Supremacy is effective with grime. Definitely some funny gifts in here. This is right off 66 and Sudley Road, near the movie theater. Parking is plentiful. read more

I've been coming t this store for years, and when I was back in the area, I was happy to see that they are still open. Once I saw that they were open, I knew right then and there that zi had to go inside to see what new things they had. And a lot of new stuff they had. One thing that I never knew that they carried until today would be the hiking boots. None of the boots stood out to me, but the wool socks definitely did. I picked up a pair of Coolerino wool socks which will definitely come in handy during the winter months. The new line of carpenter style work pants are what really got my attention. In the end though, I picked up a pair of the famous Fire Hose Flex Foreman style blue denim pants at around $70.00. I also saw a really nice long sleeve green shirt that I liked a lot. Never shopped here before so this was my first visit. Received an online gift order that I wanted to return. The return was hassle-free, and all the employees I interacted with were very nice and courteous. Found their items kind of pricey, but you might be able to find some good deals around major holidays. I also saw "flash sales" for items in-store. You can also get an extra 20% off your first purchase by giving them your phone number and signing up for their email list at the register. Really like how roomy their fitting rooms are, and there is plenty of free parking. It's a little out of my way, but I might stop in again if I drive down this way again. Second I ordered 2 sweaters and some powder ! i received 1 sweater & a pair of pants & 2 pocket tools! Not what I ordered! I went to the store to exchange & get the products I ordered & the manager called the online store & reordered my order. I made a special trip into town to get what I payed for & got nothing! I could have stayed home & done it myself online but the shipping receipt clearly states you can go to any store to rerun items & pickup items! This didn't happen! We have been coming to this store every few months (especially in the fall) to get my boyfriend new jeans, button down shirts, and sweaters (when in season) and yesterday was no exception. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and asked if you need any assistance etc. for frequent visitors like us we just B-line to our section and let the shopping begin. It is true their prices are higher then we would normally pay for the 3 above mentioned items however my boyfriend is a little rounder in the middle if you know what I mean so finding good fitting and good quality clothing is already difficult in itself. Once we saw the commercials for this place and found one so close we had to give it a try and that was 1.5 years ago and we haven't turned back since. I would highly recommend the sweaters they have they go great over your man's dress shrit and heavy enough that your spouse will stay warm during the fall without needing an additional jacket. My boyfriend SWEARS by the jeans that allows him (even being a bigger guy) to move around freely, squat down, etc. without constricting movement or digging into you. He has so many different styles of the jeans and in different colors so you cannot go wrong with these. The button down dress shirts I also really like they come in different colors and patterns and have some extra material round the middle compared to other stores that dont have extended sizes. Next adventure would be to try the buck naked underwear which should be fun and interested at the same time. Now I have never bought anything in the women's section but the all look nice and comfortable just not my style personally. read more

They found the purchase in their system, gave me store credit, and I found something that I really liked. I ended up talking to four members of the staff, and they we all great. During the weekend very busy with customers coming in for this annual-type event. So, seems like merchandise prices are up this year! The discount really just brings the items to the "high end" of clothing and accessory item pricing for both men & women. Unfortunately, this chain only offers their brand-discounts and no other coupons, discounts, or specials. For men's clothing: $89.90 for a plaid casual (work) wear shirt is a bit much, even with 30% discount. With this kind of pricing, one would think the employees are well-paid and could move with more speed and purpose, assisting patrons and getting through the long lines for checkout? Maybe not. I arrived at this store ready to spend up to $1100 and was very excited. Unfortunately I only had Amex Gift Cards and the signs in the widows said Sorry unable to accept gift cards this Saturday. So I figured maybe they meant only their own store gift cards, thought I would ask anyways. As I approached the lady standing at the checkout she looked me in the eye and I was obviously about to ask her a question, she instead of greeting me or asking if she could help, immediately picked up a telephone as if she was about to make a call and flatly ignored me. I gave my cash cards to my wife who gladly spent them next door at Kohls who had no trouble accepting gift cards. Duluth gets one star for not honoring gift cards and for their customer service. This place has excellent quality clothing. The prices aren't cheap, but you can tell you are paying for quality. One of my favorite items are the fire hose pants. They are actually made with the same material, so they are very durable. I also like their heavyweight flannel shirts. Most of their wear is made with extra room where you need it. None of the staff spoke to me or even said hello. I'm probably not the demographic that Duluth Trading company is going after, but I am definitely a fan of this store. I recently got hip to it when my hubby went to their grand opening a month or so ago. He said it's a store for "working" people and has clothes that can be worn to work in comfortably. They also have bigger sizes which is useful for my 6'4" husband. Now back to why this place has won my heart....their clothes are awesome and of super quality. My husband sent me a picture of an outfit on a mannequin and I thought it was so cute that I made him take me there later that day to buy it. For the women's clothing it's casual, but nice and cute. They also have great scarves and accessories. The clothing isn't 'just "work" gear, they have nice fashionable stuff that you could wear out. I found some great items for the hubby for Christmas and they are normal clothes (don't tell him). The workers were all very friendly and helpful. They had people walking around the store as well as plenty of registers opened. This is a store with great clothes and friendly employees that make the shopping experience very good. I love their products, own a lot of DTC items. The one item that needs to be addressed is the Louis and Big Carl lunch boxes, the bottom begins to bulge out from putting stuff in the top section. I've had both and returned numerous times, finally just bought a Yeti Hopper 12 with a sidekick. The Yeti I've brick would melt in less than 6 hours in the DTC boxes and it's still frozen after my 15 hour work day. read more

FINALY!!!! Long time customer of online Duluth, and now we have a STORE! Just shopped there. Now that I see their stock in person, their outdoor based clothing surpasses anything, anywhere. You can do yardwork, or wear them at a casual party. Under Armor started with high end military grade undergarments, which they marketed to fitness in general. They have not changed. I hope that Duluth never changes its core to provide high end indoor/outdoor trade clothing, that lasts 10 years or more. He got a package yesterday, but definitely not his ordeer. (Correct address on the shipping label, wrong item inside. Eh, things happen.) This morning, he called the Duluth store in Manassas (brick and mortar store) and spoke with John K. I think John is the warehouse manager. John listened patiently to the situation, went to see if they had what my husband ordered in stock in the store (yes, they did), and asked my husband to stop by the store and he'd be happy to make the exchange. We got to the store, and John was available to help us. He was very friendly and seemed to enjoy his job, especially since it's the week of Christmas. My husband has always liked Duluth, even before the store opened, and he has been ordering from them online for the past couple of years. John made a complicated situation very simple. I've been ordering clothes from Duluth for years, but it's nice to have a brick and mortar store to go check out items and try them on before purchasing. The store is big and well stocked, and if you can't find what you're looking for the staff will help you order it online in the store with free shipping. Even have a lounge area with free coffee and water if you're shopping with someone else who is taking their time. I did however notice that while I knew they were running specials online for certain items, the same specials weren't reflected in the store. You'd think they'd mirror each other, otherwise why not just order online if you can get it cheaper? read more
