If I could, they would get half of a star.. worst ever...my doctor of 20 years was acquired by this group when he retired...I miss him so much..old school doctor, very thorough..these dudes never return my messages thru the duly app in a timely manner...have to call, message,have Walgreens contact to get essential meds for chronic condition...they fill meds or respond when they feel like it...I'm in healthcare for over 25years and I would be suspended and or fired if I treated my patients like them...I will be contacting the Illinois Department of professional regulations... read more

Am making this review mainly because I see so many negative statements here. I have been a patient for many years starting with the Glen Ellyn clinic then to DuPage Medical and now Duly. I have had many "services" and appointments over the years and have never had an issue. When I'm told to have a test , service or specialist appointment.....never had anything gone "wrong". I've always been advised if there will be a cost and even in the times it's an estimate.....those costs were on target ! I feel if one manages the process and truly understands the service....all will be fine. I think some people might just not "listen" well enough or lack the necessary information they need to get through the experience. I am happy to be a patient with DULY ! read more

Two hour wait to see Dr Joffe when I was told it would be another 30-45 minutes, he always runs behind! His assistant was curt with me and rude when I asked what was happening. I left without being seen since I won't wait 3-4 hours sitting in a closed room waiting for an eye exam. Horrible experience!!! read more

Beware when having a procedure done through Duly Health and Care. I received an estimate from them which was fully covered by my Medicare Advantage Insurance. After it was done, I found out that an additional $1,100 was added on which was not covered in full by my insurance and I am stuck with paying the difference which I wasn't prepared for. I contacted Duly and got switched around to different departments, ending up with the Supervisor in the Estimates Department where I had to leave a message and was never called back. I'm a Senior on Social Security and had I known what the cost would have been out of my pocket, I wouldn't have had it done, even though that might cause problems with my health. But that's what's happening with Seniors, we have to forego medical care because we can't afford it. As it is, I am supposed to have Physical Therapy for a problem with my arm and now I can either have PT or pay this bill. I can't do both. Will be cancelling PT and a Bone Density test because of this and not having full disclosure of my costs for the Bone Density. read more

I am extremely upset about the Duly front desk in Oak Lawn. My mom had a radiology appointment today 10/31/2025. She stumbled on the floor mat and fell down... I screamed for help since she is at age and fragile the people at the front desk totally ignored me and run inside somewhere, meanwhile other people on the waiting area (patients) and one young guy fixing the door helped me picked up my mom the front desk assholes did not even ask if she was ok or offered to bring a wheelchair so very wrong!!. I now wonder what's their customer polices.. I am glad is open enrollment season.. other then that, the beautiful stuff in radiology were excellent.. very professional. I truly wish there was a minus one review for the front desk assholes review!! FU front desk!! Eat your Halloween candy and have lots of cavities tomorrow!! By the way I have the name of a witness who helped me with my mom , he said he can help me with this complaint if this is not fixed!! read more

Do not use Duly for imaging if you need your results for future evaluation you cannot access or get the images to share. They changed records companies you no longer can get a disk local. I requested my MRI images for a tumor board They now use MediCopy in Nashville for records which is a nightmare. Said they sent MRI electronically and did not. It was an embarrassing appointment with no answers because Duly was not able to share images with the university without going through this company. Medicopy only sent notes no images. Which useless I can share the doctors notes myself without using them They did nothing I actually really don't think they have the capability to access the actual photos. Duly doesn't even give you an option to mail or pick up an actual scan disc . . Unfortunately, MRM edges are not available to the patient themselves to share. Duly's website for imaging records is completely out to date with forms and information. It's very disappointing Duly does offer very nice imaging services, but you can't get your imaging. It useless. Don't use if you actually need images that are needed need any further advanced care or a second opinion. That's over 10 hours of phone calls and emails no resolution Now I may have to get a new MRI because of this but who knows of insurance will pay for it Sad because I do like their services and their doctors are very good, but I can no longer use them for imaging. Very nice medical center with a large contingent of Du Page Medical doctors. This particular location does the diagnostic imaging for the MDs ... they do all the way up to and including nuclear stress tests. Nice place, well located, and lots of parking available. They also offer free valet parking. read more

This place is horrible - they never answer the phone - the nurse Catherine W from Dr. Hanlons office is useless and takes WEEKS to respond to messages and test results on behalf of the doctors and when asked about it she lies and says its not her answering but an offshore account duly has hired. The office manager Tammie Selke is a liar, unresponsive and rude, does not think it's her "job" to answer the phone or respond to patient complaints regarding the poor treatment they receive by her office staff. The PA Patrycja Strama makes false promises about caring for patients and is only a month on the job and uses that as a crutch for not knowing how to navigate through Dulys systems. read more

Do not believe that Duly Medical Group will continue to provide the the same level of care as DuPage Medical Group! Try to talk to a doctor after hours! No way! The new rule is that you can talk to an on-call doctor ONLY if it is a life threatening situation. So....Mom's with infants. Don't plan to speak with your pediatrician(s) When your kids wake up with an ear infection in the middle of the night. It used to be a challenge to find a 24 Hr. Pharmacy .. .. now it's a bigger problem yo find a doctor to talk to!!! read more

Love the physician, the timeliness of appointments, and on-site immenities. What could use work is the decorum of the people in the waiting area. No phone calls, music, or inappropriate videos being played on their speakers would be great. Maybe a policy could be instilled and enforced. There had to be five different people exhibiting this behavior as I waited for my appointment time today. Otherwise, good things. read more

After reading all the negative reviews, I went to my appointment and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted when I walked in the door and was waited on right away by a receptionist. While waiting to be called, I watched the reception desk attendants. They were all bubbly and took care of new arrivals right away. The technician assigned to my case came out right on time and greeted me. The procedure went well and I was impressed. I usually go to the Tinley Park location but will now consider the Oak Lawn site since it is closer. I rate my experience 5 stars. read more

This medical group has the worst billing department by far. You'll have to deal with horrors. They billed me multiple times for services covered and fully paid by the insurance already. They lose the payment after cashing the check and deny getting the money. And the billing staff gives you the worst attitude like if it's your fault. This thing is becoming a constant thing with them. Most often they send you the bill before the insurance claim process through trying to get double paid. You can never expect the same service to cost the same if done twice with them; they always have new surpise charges. Every time I get lazy and use their facilities because they are conveniently nearby I end up suffering on the phone to get the billing issues sorted out. Sadly they are becoming an evil health care monopoly in my area. read more

This clinic has the worst employees in the office. I did not meet the doctor because I was the first time, and I took an appointment with them and gave them all the information. When I attended the appointment, they did not admit me to Karni. I do not have an authorization from the doctor. After sending the transfer, they did not leave me. He is in the clinic half an hour before the appointment. It's the worst clinic I've ever been to, not the doctor because I didn't see him and it's more like Have fun and get lost the time I also advise the person in charge of the staff to choose new employees Not all of them but most of them it's stupid to come again read more

We just switched here from another clinic because we moved and I am going to try to go back even though it is way farther. I think the lady who drew blood today was hired off the street. So Duly in Oak Lawn opens at 7 AM...I was there at 7:05 for blood tests. I thought I would try this location since its closer to my house then Tinley Park. I'm now 1/2 hour into waiting and the waiting room is filling up- the receptionist says it will be another 20 minutes as there was a staffing issue. Long story short I was taken after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes with lots of patients really p- - ssed off. So a staffing issue with a waiting room full of patients- thank you DULY! read more

This organization is extremely flawed. It's not about the care, it's about how they treat the people providing care to their patients. This place screwed my wife out of a TON of compensation because she had a baby this year. The group was bought by private equity which was great for the existing docs cuz they got paid out, but crappy for everyone else. Not only that, the CEO had the audacity to send an email to all employees about having their phones on them at work. My wife was told that because she had a baby and was out on leave 3 months that she essentially isn't eligible for the additional comp promised to her. Not here to complain about the docs, but the business clearly does not care about anyone that works for them, which isn't surprising judging by who they're owned by. I'll never give them our business just based on how they treat the people giving you care. This place is a joke! read more

Medical records "service " is horrid. Applied online for online release. Expected a day or two. 13 days later, still nothing. Have called 4 times, each time receiving the same bad script: they have "elevated" the status , and put an expedited request and just "need a little more time please". 3rd call, she claimed she would call back at end of day with "status" update- nope. 4th time I demanded to speak to a supervisor, but she refused claiming it was "already elevated, I can't do that". Baloney! Calling all the docs I have to complain, as well as corporate (at which time i am over 20 minutes waiting for them to pick up phone after they hung up the first time when trying to pick up the call). Better not be thinking they will get a fee for this garbage. read more
