I asked to speak to the Owner which he refused, I demanded to speak to the Manager... as I waited, the couple at the table next to me expressed the same exasperation ordering the same daily special today. The manager (pictured below) refused to honor their special clearly available to order on their menu system and refused to allow me to speak with the Owner. He threw me out of the restaurant as I voiced that I would make a complaint to the Head Office at the Brossard location, go on Social Media to share their unethical business practices and file a formal complaint with the OPC!! This establishment has been less than stellar since the very beginning during their soft opening when menu items were unavailable to order, short staff both in the kitchen and dining room, extremely long waits for your orders to be served, very unprofessional management team including but not limited to the Manager pictured below! The dessert was a big piece of chocolate in pyramid shape. It went well with the berries and milk on the side. I had a 1-pepper spicy dish, beef with cumin, and it was at the limit of what I could take. Very good, but very spicy. I can't imagine what 3-pepper fish would be like. I was visiting Montreal.
