I went in today for my second ever SNS and pedicure. I'm so amazed at the care in detail these women take and how pleasant the whole experience was. I'm not great at picking up colors so they help me do that and they look like something right out of a magazine. By the time I was done I felt so pampered and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I've been coming here for years, once it was sold I gave the new owners a try WHY did I do that. Now all of a sudden there's no glow in the dark white or power any longer. I was also told by the owner seven they don't do ombre however they offer it online. That's false advertising isn't it. Today 2.27.26 will be my last day getting my nails done from there. Let me preface by saying: I've been to this nail salon on two separate occasions before my most recently visit of today. *I initially went in for a fill-in & pedicure (both with gel polish) I'm not sure if the nail tech that worked on my nails was new, but she was had difficulty understanding what I wanted as far as my nails concern and she was unable evenly match the shape (coffin) on both hands after several attempts and me repeatedly showing her the shape. Coffin is a pretty standard shape that all nail salons do, so I didn't think she would have to much difficulty shaping my nails like so, especially since my set was already shaped that way but needed some tidying up... It was really frustrating and I wasn't trying to be difficult, but I refuse to pay for something that I am not satisfied with! The owner/manager did take the time to fix my nail shape (after me COMPLAINING for a THIRD TIME), which I did appreciate, because she was busy servicing other clients at the same time, but overall I felt rushed by the staff and also like another tech should've stepped in sooner after I expressed my concerns about the shape more than the once... The gel color menu was not presented to me upon my service. It wasn't presented to me until it was actually time to paint my nails, so I felt rushed and under pressure to choose a color without getting to fully consider and make my decision on a color selection. After the experience and "customer service" I didn't want to be further serviced by the establishment, so I forego the pedicure I was supposed to get as well and promptly paid and took my leave. The fill-in with the gel polish was $40 (not including the tip) which I felt was a little more expensive than standard... Tonight was my first time visiting QA, and you best believe I will be returning! I was a little nervous about going in a first. My natural nails are very bad, and I am deeply embarrassed by them. When the ache in my hands became too much for me to handle and I couldn't stand to look at my nails any longer, I set aside my fear and walked inside. I was greeted by a sweet woman (she may have been a trainee. I am not entirely sure. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.) She was so kind and very friendly as she got me started. Nicky, one of the lovely nail technicians there, took over my care and designed my nails exactly as I wanted. I'm obsessed with them! As I was getting ready to leave, another kind woman (who I believe may have been the owner. I sadly did not get her name either) came up to me, gave me a little hug, and asked me to come back to see her. She had seen the condition of my nails, and instead of making me feel ashamed about them, she provided me with additional care while I was there and said she would like to help treat my issue when I come again. I highly value professionalism, but, even more so, I respect a person's ability to show empathy and kindness to those they may not realize need it the most. Thank you, QA staff, for all that you do. This is quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I promise for my next visit to make an appointment and try not to keep you past closing time! worst service ever they had messed up my eyelashes and put glue in my eye I came back like 10-15 minutes later and complained about it and they were aggressive and would not refund my money. they don't have a sign anywhere that says no refund. they say it's on their website but it's not there so they are a bunch of liars. ever since Donna sold the place it has went to literal hell. My daughters and I went on a Saturday. We had a little wait but it wasn't too bad. Especially for a Saturday. They remember me and my daughters when we come in and they were still very kind to us even after a situation we had. I have been going to this Salon for a couple of months now. I really like that they value their customers. The time that I went before this, my 12 yr old daughter didn't like the way the nail tech designed her nails. My daughter didn't speak up while she was there. She didn't express that she didn't like the color or design. When she left she cried to me and told me. I didn't think that I would be able to do anything about it since we already left and the nails were done. When I got the normal text to review my experience, I wrote about it in the review. To my surprise, Donna the manager reached out to me. She listened to my story and asked me to bring my daughter back to the shop so they can fix the nails. She said if the picture my daughter had of the nails she wanted, didn't look like the nail set she received, they would redo them or take em off and give a refund. She also encouraged both me and my daughter to be sure to speak up if we ever have an issue like that in the future. She said she never wants to just take a customers money if they are not happy. She would rather give a refund and take the nails off and allow the customer to go wherever they want. That's true customer service. My daughter got her nails redone and was very happy! I got there at 9:35 soon as the doors were open. The floors were filthy and trash (wrappers and used flip flops on the floor) all over. The lady apologized and said they were in a hurry to leave on Saturday. I needed a fill in and she urged me to do both pink and white I said no if they had been done better the first time I would not need both yet. (I got these put on 3 weeks ago) I told her I needed them cut back and she said again if I do that then both colors needed to be done. Again I said no. She said if you can't afford them I can do the cheap set. I said it had nothing to do with the money. (Now I was mad) I asked her to fix the shape and she was short with me and said you want round? Yes please. I got square/round. She was grabbing and jerking my fingers and cut me twice and I bled at one spot. I asked her to buff a shine instead of the gel polish she said because I was bleeding she couldn't. She put on a regular clear and said its $18 then moved on to the next person. She was rude the whole time. I'm in customer service also and I know her attitude will lose her more customers than me. I'll not return here. read more
