I think any establishment that work with someone property need to be accountable for the damage of that property and try to get the customer happy but instead he was mad for me asking if there was any warranty on the old refrigerator that he is given me I don't even now if it work so people stay away from this old man unethical Workmanship he doesn't care that I have been patient for almost 2 month for my refrigerator to get fix not having a place to get the food fresh instead the destroyed it

I cannot recommend The Appliance Doctors, LLC based on my experience…read more I hired the company to repair my refrigerator's ice maker. After the service visit, the ice maker still did not work. Before the repair, I explained that I was in a dispute with the refrigerator manufacturer over the ice maker and needed a detailed invoice describing the work performed and any parts replaced. Mr. Decker assured me he would provide that documentation, but he never did. I contacted the company by text on June 17, June 19, and June 21 requesting assistance, but received no response. I then sent a detailed email on June 23 requesting a response within two business days. That email also went unanswered. I understand that not every repair is successful on the first visit. However, what I cannot understand is the complete lack of communication after multiple attempts to reach the company. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Because the repair did not resolve the problem, the promised documentation was never provided, and my repeated requests for follow-up went unanswered, I have no choice but to hire another repair service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I've tried several places so I tried Ferguson today. Did not have any luck but I have to give them high marks for trying. They spent a lot of time trying to solve my problem.
