OMG! OMG! This place I have moved to winter haven like a year ago from the orlando area. I was missing my spanish food. That is until I found this gem 10 minutes from my house. The sandwich is to die for and the quesito omg! So good. It brought me so much memories of when I was young and lived in P.R. This opened some beautiful memories of the past. I highly recommend this place. You don't find places like this in florida this is the closest you will get to P.R. Food tasted great and had lots if flavor. Pricing was a bit hard to figure out and I wish they were flexible with the options like splitting a side in half for two smaller portions to equal one. Staff were friendly and nice. Place was not busy but nit empty either at brunch time. You can park in the large lot a hundred feet down the sidewalk. The selection of baked goods was ok. For a bakery I was hoping to see more though. Inside seating is available but limited. read more

Chicken empanada was old had to throw it away. Ordered light café con leche was very clear about it. It was 1/2 cafe 1/2 milk asked to please lighten it the lady heated it and asked if I wanted milk to lighten it myself. I personally don't come to a place e to eat to have to start mixing milk. The croquetas tasted old as well and rancid. Also threw them away. Only thing that was ok was the toast and butter. Maybe we came on a bad day but me and my family 100% will not be returning here. read more

Ever find a hole in the wall, secret place that you know you should share about but you want it to be your secret? This is it. Amazing quesitos, cakes, and flan. But their claim to fame are their sandwiches. I highly recommend tocineta with eggs, cheese, butter, lettuce, and tomato. Also their Cuban is fantastic!!! They serve hot meals too that are cafeteria style. They open early...like 6AM early so you can get your breakfast or lunch here before the traffic starts. I hope you get the chance to visit here. This bakery is fabulous. I've purchased a variety for my co-workers and everyone loved them. People are friendly too. They have bread and empanadas too! Small little bakery but has a bunch of great treats! I stopped in today and bought 3 more treats for people and it's covered in chocolate and has a custard looking filling and three were only $6.75! This place opened two months ago and it's already a great hit! It's a small bakery filled with love and delicious fresh pastries! They have the traditional pan sobao, quesitos, flan, sandwiches and natural juices from Puerto Rico! HELLO Parcha! We met the owner a lady named Beverly. She's straight from the island! The worst customer service experience. I placed my order for three sandwiches and other items. I got her other items right away however had to wait for sandwiches which is understandable as they make it fresh. The issue lays at the fact that I see others getting their sandwiches and we still haven't received ours. I went back up to the counter after giving benefit for 20 minutes and asked for status on the sandwiches. The lady that took my order asked what I ordered I advised her of the order and she said SHE NEVER PLACED IT IN THE BACK. I told her if I wouldn't have made it known they would have never made the sandwiched and kept my money without providing me what I paid for. It's so disrespectful that they 1. Don't take the time to ensure the do their job proper and take the order back 2. Don't ensure that they provide a proper apology. They offered me a free coffee. I don't go here for coffee I come for our sandwiches all the time and this happened today.
