Things just keep getting worse. I posted the review below a year ago. This week, my bus got cancelled by them at the last minute, and I had to scramble to get a ride home. Worse, I was refunded less than half of what I paid for a round-trip ticket. Don't know why the trip was cancelled, maybe they didn't have a full bus and chose to cancel instead? My previous review, from January 2024. Never got the refund. And by the way, their cancellation site looks like something a programmer would have produced in 1971, not like the customer-oriented site you would expect today: Do NOT pay for seat reservations on this line. We did, and the brusque woman driver informed us that they do not recognize reservations. We called their office a few days later for a refund on the seats and were told to call Greyhound. We called Greyhound and were informed that we could not get a refund for the seats because we had boarded the bus (but of course we didn't know the problem until after boarding). After pushing to talk to a supervisor we spoke with a friendly and seemingly competent guy who promised to call us back. Days later, he hasn't. Have been using this service for many years and love it! Just returned from a trip to Sequim and rode the bus from Seattle to Sequim. Drivers on both rides were really GREAT! Rode the 7:00 p.m. one way and the 6:15 the other. Both drivers were polite, courteous and helpful to all passengers. Thanks for great service! read more

Great bus option to get to/from Sequim/SeaTac - includes Kingston/Edmonds ferry. Trip includes stops at train and bus station downtown Seattle. The bus has always arrived on time at all stops. It's clean, comfortable, has power available for your devices. Plenty of seating, overhead storage as well as storage for larger suitcases. No restroom on board, but available on ferry and at Greyhound bus terminal. Professional drivers. My only complaint is tickets are not refundable. read more

I booked a trip to get to the airport for an international flight. At loading time, the driver told me to let her load the bags... and then forgot to load my bag! It cost me more than double the bus fare to get my bag and make connections with my flight - no help from the bus company. Afterwards, I contacted Greyhound and asked for a refund, and they replied, "...we regret to inform you that we are unable to honor your refund request as service was still provided and the trip was completed..." The trip was NOT completed, and their driver screwed up royally. So I strongly encourage people to find another way to get to the airport - this company is not reliable, and they do not honor their commitments. read more

The first time I rode the Dungeness Line straight to the SEA airport I thought I had discovered a gem! And then last August I received a text message that my ride was cancelled the day before the plane took off.Of course I asked for a refund but it seems it's not their policy! Is that even legal? So they are both unreliable and dishonest! read more

My husband booked a trip to the airport for an international flight. Thirty- four hours before the scheduled service, they sent him an email telling him it was canceled. As if that weren't bad enough, they informed him that they could only offer a voucher for future travel on their service, not a refund! He has taken it up with the credit card company, but I would certainly stay as far away as possible from this sort of operation. read more

Dungeness Line was once a reputable and trusted locally owned transit service. But now I have had a similar problem with buses no-showing that other reviewers experienced. When called, they have a shady office that says they are "now owned by Greyhound", but Greyhound disavows any knowledge of them. Whether scam, or merely gross and embarrassing incompetence is hard to say, but I would use Clallam Transit for my Seattle needs. read more

My friend booked a bus from Port Angeles to Seattle, but she made a mistake and booked a bus on another day online.The bus driver told us that she could change the date for us, and I think we should thank her for that. However, when my friend told the driver that she would pay ten dollars for the tip, the lady said it was not enough. Finally, my friend paid twenty dollars for the tip. We paid around sixty dollars for the ride, so needless to say, twenty dollars as a tip is too much. The driver was really rude to us. Also, she was asking how to go to the destination to passengers when driving. She is a bus driver, but she DID NOT know how to get there.My friend asked her if she just started her job, and she said No. impolite and not professional. read more

Sad that this horrible experience triggered my first yelp review. I have used this bus line in the past with no complications. After recently being bought by greyhound, it has gone to shit. The website was down 2 wks prior to me booking so I made a phone reservation with a helpful representative in Port Angeles 1 day prior to my trip. Never got a confirmation email but got a verbal code and my cc was charged. I then called the day of to confirm my name on the list- she said roger that. I arrive at my scheduled Virginia Mason spot 15 min early and wait for 1 hr. NO BUS in sight. I'm following the bus tracker on the app- it supposedly arrived and never did. In order to file a complaint and attempt to get a refund I had to speak with several incompetent greyhound representatives. After wasting 45 min on the phone this morning, I have to call back tomorrow morning... read more

The customer service was trouble. I tried to look up the ticket price online. The website asked for all the information and without confirmation tab the ticket was booked. When I called the customer service line, the lady on the call told me it was my issue and cannot refund or reserve the transaction. Waist of 50 dollars. Be carful to whoever is booking online and traveling with them. read more

I ride from Seattle Greyhound Station to Port Angeles. The bus is on time and we reached Port Angeles 5 minutes earlier than expected. The driver is polite and nice. He helped us with our heavy luggage. It cost an additional $5 more to take the bike onto the bus. read more
