Totally recommend Olympic Lodge. Nice clean establishment with a great staff. Nice workout room, comfortable beds no complaints. They do offer a continental breakfast which was nice.

If I could put a million stars for this place, I would! Olympic lodge is a MUST DO if you're planning a Washington trip. It's 10 min away from Olympic national park, extremely clean, and beautiful. The staff is so kind (10/10 hospitality), and everyone goes above and beyond here. Gorgeous lobby and amenities. Our room was stunning as well! Will be coming here next time I visit Washington, and nowhere else.

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days while visiting Olympic National Park. The location is great. The hotel is close to the visitor center/Hurricane Ridge park entrance. Easy to get going in the right direction depending what we were doing that day. There were plenty of food options nearby including a Starbucks and Chipotle across the street. Our room had two queen-sized beds and was on the larger size. The bathroom was older, but everything worked good. The hot water in the shower worked well. The hotel is styled exactly as I would picture a "lodge" with stone floors and wood. The lobby is very nice with couches and a fire place for gathering. The outside pool and hot tub looked great (we didn't use) and people were using it. The staff was friendly. The included breakfast was on the healthier side (appreciated). There were hard boiled eggs and oatmeal with toppings and various small pasties (nothing special). No scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. This was great for me to fuel a day of hiking. There was also a waffle station which I did not use. The room and hotel were clean. For us maybe too clean. My only negative was the hotel had a hefty chemical smell, and my daughter had an allergic reaction which steadily got worse.

Olympic Lodge is in a great location if you're looking to visit Olympic National Park. It is close to Hurricane Ridge and the Lake Crescent area. The lobby has a real "lodge" feel to it, but I would say the rooms look and feel like regular hotel rooms. Our room had two double beds and was clean / spacious (especially for two people). The hotel offers continental breakfast but it was dismal; the coffee was watered down, and the hard boiled cold eggs were not very appealing. They had some bread and fruit selection as well. We ended up going out for breakfast each morning. Overall, would recommend staying at Olympic Lodge!

This is where you need to stay if your going to the Olympic park --including the rainforests! So spacious, the hot tub and room were amazing. The front desk team was wonderful and really helped me out with dinner plans. I would say that if you are from Texas, you will be very happy bc they are super friendly and plenty of room for all the things you bring. They have breakfast and hot tea in the morning with a cute stream running outside the windows. It's central to all the food, can't get better than THIS view and location, less than 10 mins from olympic and about 2 hrs from the rainforest. 10/10 stars

    The lobby is stunning.

Super close to the park and very well kept. It felt like a luxury resort for a good price!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Good strong AC and FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES IN LOBBY. I do agree the photos are a touch misleading, with appearance of lodge cropped so that it appears to be in the woods. And it's not...but tactical cropping does happen in this industry. It's located pretty centrally in the town. Easy to get to groceries and grab food pre hike. There is a nice free daily breakfast at 6am and the view from our room was peaceful (facing the golf course rather than parking lot).

The very best place to stay when visiting Olympic National Park! Located in Port Angeles and just an awesome place! Clean, great staff and food and reasonably priced! Loved the evening cookie reception and coffee offering in the evening. Beautiful pool, hot tub and right next to the golf course. Saw a deer right out the lobby window as we were enjoying an evening coffee! In the AM, the lodge offers a phenomenal continental breakfast offering including a fresh Juice bar, pastry bar, coffee bar, yougart, waffles, and fresh fruit galore! The rooms are generously sized, clean and fresh and well equipped with high end furnishings for the most cozy stay! It feels like home! Hidden gem tucked right into the hillside on the way to the Port Angeles Marina. Love this place!

Comfortable bed. Clean, spacious rooms. And a nice touch in this northern clime is the combination of baseboard heating in the room and a typical wall-mount unit in the bathroom (blowing into the room if the door is open), making for a cozy room. My building (adjacent to the office / food service area) was 2 stories. Not much noise from other rooms nor housekeeping, even though my first night there was full occupancy. Pleasantly efficient staff. Lots of curbside parking in case the dedicated parking in front of the rooms is full. Quiet neighborhood. Location is great- stairs (or walking the long way around the block) brings you to the top of the main commercial drag in Port Angeles, including a number of restaurants. The Victoria ferry landing is just a few minutes further. At the end of the street the motel is on, is a small park with sunset views. Keeping in mind it's a motel and some things will be utilitarian, this was a great choice for National Park and ferry access. I'd stay again.

But if you come here with higher expectations then yeah, this won't be your cuppa tea. We wanted to go to the Olympic National Park, and saw that most peeps stay around the Port Angeles area if not camping inside the park. Therefore, we were looking for somewhere cheap, as we really just needed a place to crash. We found Riviera Inn through Expedia at a price tag that would have us save our pennies for what's more important like dining out and activities during our time in the Olympics. Therefore, for us, it was an A-OK place. Riviera Inn is located near the main downtown area of Port Angeles, so it was walking distance to businesses and the waterfront. It has free parking, rooms with a king bed, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, heater, cable and free wifi. When we arrived to Port Angeles, we arrived a couple hours before the 3pm check-in, but the staff let us check-in earlier, which was super nice. Staff was very friendly here. (Note that they are not doing room service during COVID-19; however, if you need anything, just contact the front desk.) The bed was actually pretty comfortable. I liked the location of this place the best, as we walked everywhere around town and was an easy drive to the national park and highway. But some cons were that it had a musky smell to it, so we kept the window in the bathroom open to air it out. That didn't help much though, as we could smell the musk on our clothes in our luggage when we got home. Another con is that the walls are thin. Unless the TV is turned on, we could hear the neighbors watching their TV. But honestly, this wasn't a bad place to stay in Port Angeles if you're looking for an affordable place to sleep around the national park. Most everyone that was here the holiday weekend we visited was visiting the park. No huge complaints with this place.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told they only had a single queen bed room which we took as we had no other choice at that point. We were still charged for the two queen bed room which was $45+tax extra a night, but we were in the single bed room. The hotel refused to refund the difference, and they refused to agree to the refund with Booking.com as well. The place is a dump, centrally located but rooms were very dirty, outlets and lights not working, and their hotel staff are simply criminal in their business practices. Travelers beware. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not only does this place look unsafe, its right next to the street so you hear EVERYTHING. I booked this place via Chase and only booked it because they're dog friendly. After i checked in, I received a room that was right above the office. Little did I know that it was under construction. I didn't think too much of it since there were other things on my mind like a broken toilet seat or the dirty shower. I looked passed those things and went to sleep. At 7 am, I was rudely awaken by LOUD banging and sawing. I attached a video to show how loud it was. That noise went on for the next 3 hours. I tried calling downstairs but no answer. Since we couldnt sleep, we got up and started packing to get out of there as soon as possible. I went to the front desk to complain and the front desk person said they didnt have the power to give a refund (???). He said I had to contact Chase and they would approve it. I went to the parking lot and called Chase who told me that the motel did not approve a refund even though I had literally just talked to them. I went back to the front desk and said that he lied to me and he kept on making an excuse about needing to email someone else. I unfortunately was not able to get anything out of this situation, but please if you're considering this place. STAY AWAY.
