Worst lawfirm ever! Never contacted me before my court date! I didnt even know who my lawyer was on my first or second court date! They called my before my first court date and told me all charges were dropped but they weren't! My lawyer had no idea what he was doing or what he was talking about! He would tell me one tging and when i got in front of the judge it was totally different. He had ne sign paperwork telling me what i was signing but it was just the opposite. When i originally called to hire them i was told I'd get my case dismissed or reduced... that was a lie! I recieved the maximum sentence 5yrs probation, maximum community service hours, maximum fine, intensive outpatient treatment, multiple classes and mind you this was my first offense of this type. My son was arrested for DWI back in 2018. At the advice of the attorney at Dunham and Jones, he plead guilty and did deferred adjudication. He completed his Deferred Adjudication in 2020. He is getting his life right and was filling out applications for employee not only to find out that it still shows up on his Criminal Record. It was not explained to us that it would still show up after he completed it. This law firm is extremely hard to get a hold of to be able to talk to a Lawyer. He is now having to pay to get this Expunged from his record so that it does not show up on his record. After all the money that you pay this firm you would think they would have done that for him!! I'm very Fortunate to find a Team of Attorneys at a flat rate. They were Clear about what they would do for me. I have a stalker & the police would do nothing for me until he actually tries to kill me. Instead the stalker falsely accused me of hitting him! Thankfully when you lie you can't keep up with your lies. Your GUILTY until you PROVE yourself INNOCENT. The stalker lied & lied on the stand. My stalker kept calling me & texting constantly threatening me to go to my daughters father to make sure I lose custody. The cop had my cell phone in his hand and saw there was no blood let alone any damage. I was still arrested! The stalker had left over 50 VM that were blocked by me. They just want to get a resolution whether its a good deal or not. Do yourself a favor and go with a smaller firm or just get court appointed lawyer, same difference. This firm tells a good story when you're interviewing and deciding if you'll use them. Once they have your money, EVERYTHING changes! They assign you a lawyer depending on with which court your case is filed. This lawyer was asleep at the wheel. She dragged it out for a while and when it came to crunch time all of a sudden she didn't want to go to court. Very hard to get a hold of her. It seemed as though she was afraid to take any action. The reason this is horrible is because now someone has a permanent record and she didn't even do anything to fight it or get a plea. She failed her client. read more

The team at Dunham & Jones was absolutely amazing! From my free consultation to my not guilty verdict and everything in between these guys were there for me every step of the way! My case was tough because I'm a convicted felon with a prior conviction for the offense I was charged with. Even though I didn't commit the crime, the prosecutors wanted to throw the book at me. My lawyers, especially Kathy Ehmann-Clardy, always had my back and believed I was innocent. Through the next several months my legal team built my defense while the prosecution did nothing but offer jail time. When it came down to it my options were to take a guilty plea and 6 months of probation or go to a jury trial (which was included in the price.) My lawyers didn't hesitate at all or try to persuade me to take the easy way out. They knew I wasn't guilty and were prepared to stand up for me and fight in front of a jury. After 2 days of trial I was found not guilty by unanimous decision by a jury of 6 men and women. No matter what the prosecution tried to say, even going as far as calling my own witnesses liars! My team always had a rebuttal and honestly made the prosecution team look foolish, mean, unprofessional, and unprepared. I can't think everyone at Dunham & Jones enough for their tireless dedication to defending me and I would highly recommend them to everyone else. I was arrested for DWI, I hadn't ever been arrested for anything in my life, I'm a disabled veteran (I hate to point that out, but they didn't use that to their advantage), and I work and go to school full-time. I did do the field sobriety test, and I did blow an extremely high amout (.23), but I know people who were arrested for their second and third DWI, and their case got dropped down to a wreckless driving offence. I figured this would be a slam-dunk case for them. I was promised all kinds of things like "we're going to keep this off your record," and "there's no way you'll have a breathalyzer in your truck." I never worked with my actual lawyer but one time; every other time I had to work with his assistant or someone like that. I kept scheduling meetings to talk about my case, and I would get a call from them every single time telling me they had to cancel the meeting because he was out dealing with another case. After the dust settled, and the case was finalized, all they did was drop the charge from a class A to a class B misdemeanor. Instead of 18 months probation, I have to to 16 months probation. Plus, I had to get a breathalyzer put in my truck, but I was told I only had to have it for half the time I'm on probation. After meeting with my PO the other day, I was told I have to have it in my car THE ENTIRE TIME I'm on probation. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! You're nothing special to them, and they will not get you the best deal on the table. All they care about is getting your money, and they'll eventually get to your case when there's time. The only reason I gave them one star was because they wouldn't let me give them zero stars. Thanks for nothing Dunham & Jones! I hope you enjoy my $3,500. I specifically downloaded the Yelp app to write this review. No one should have to experience what I experienced!
