I often buy water softener salt from here as well as top soil in the summer. I get anxiety from large, over crowded stores. Here I can run in and pay for the items and have my husband load the items. They also have staff who will load. Some of the younger staff aren't super knowledgeable about products, but that's ok because they are learning. Clean store and staff interaction is helpful and friendly. I always go here over Home Depot for items I know they'll have. It just makes life easier!

While in the middle of assisting me, another customer walked in and sat down. Soon after he sets my phone down and stopped helping me to go see what she needed instead. She was only there to pick up a phone that wasn't even ready, yet I was left sitting there mid-service while they started chatting. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. If you begin helping a customer, finish helping them before abandoning them for someone else. I ended up taking my phone and leaving. Poor customer service experience.

The clothes are not particularly chic or stylish or unique- it's an overpriced J Jill or Coldwater Creek for the middle aged set. As far as customer service? Meh.. style, uniqueness, variety or quality of stock? Meh.. rye clothes are overpriced and off middling, lackluster style and quality in my book... I could never find anything I'd be willing to buy at even a deep discount other than perhaps a standard issue black tank top, which I can buy anywhere by virtually any design house at any price.. let's be real, a pair of flowy , crinkled rayon loose pants by some random label are not worth $119- and I literally just spotted that very item at that very price. A coordinating tunic/top at a comparable price tag, etc, some boring white tops, a few tank tops, some button down top/tunics that I wouldn't buy and some accessories too middle aged for me are status quo. Price points? It isn't outrageously pricey for the area, yet the prices were too high for what they're offering... As for layout/displays? The boutique definitely is laid out well, but that's about all I can say. The shop is clutter free, clean, well laid out.. If I was a stay at home soccer mom type, who goes to church events and was not into mixing street style with high and low pieces, perhaps this might be my speed, although I doubt it. Even if I was older or had kids, the clothes still wouldn't be upmarket or unique enough for me and I dislike the 'higher end' price tag on items that decidedly are not high end or even mid range luxury. While I did get a quick greeting from a sales associate (some food in the store didn't rate a glance or a hello, so perhaps I should feel impressed), it really wasn't friendly and I could tell by her response that she was totally uninterested if I was browsing or buying. Rarely anything good in XL and the plus size clothes there are just blah. No color or style. The staff are nice most of the time. I have interacted with a couple of rude people when I've looked for items. The set up in the health and beauty area is horrible. So hard to find things. First off, they stock way more things than any of the other Targets in the area that I go to. Whenever I'm looking for a specific item on the app and it's sold out at the stores around me, Brighton always has it in stock for pick up. Last Christmas I walked around and was amazed by how much more holiday decor they had available compared to other shops I had been to. Anyone who knows me knows I get a little holiday decor crazy so I definitely filled an entire cart with goodies. Their shelves are just so much more interesting than the other locations I go to. The grocery section is also pretty great and filled with way more than I typically see at my local Target. Recently I stopped in on a Sunday night and will say it was a bit cleaned out but that may have just been post-weekend shoppers. Any time I've gone mid-week it's been super stocked. This location also has a mini-Disney store inside which is only one of a handful in the state. It's not huge but they carry some things you'll only see in these mini-stores so it's worth browsing through if you have the time. My only complaint is, given the size of the store and how many people come through, they should have more than 4 self-check out kiosks. When I was there last they only had one register open so the self-check out line was pretty long. That would definitely ease things up a bit if they added some more.
