I am not a negative person; however, I will NOT go back to this store. I took my 82 year old mother to your store yesterday. NO ONE would help her. This happened a time before. This is why you have no business. I say that because hardly anyone was in the store. Oh, there were employees in the store...ignoring my mother. Just because she is 82 YOU SHOULD NOT TURN YOUR HEAD AND NOT HELP HER. SHAME ON YOU!!! and this has happened time and time again. Will not be back! read more

Only sporting good store with this much variety in Lagrange. I see people saying no one is around to help. I just go and ask someone and have always got help if I needed it. Bought guns from here, Kayaks, etc... and always a great experience. Thanks read more

I can NEVER find any help out on the floor!?! This is my biggest complaint!!!! I've been in 10+ times and it's a struggle. Dressing rooms are locked and you have to round up someone to unlock it. No padded biking shorts or clip in cycling shoes in a sporting goods shop????? Crazy! read more

Terrible store!! No help at ALL out on the floor. They keep the dressing rooms locked but only one person at register to unlock it with a line at the register. Never can find staff working on the floor when you need help! Each department needs a dedicated staff member on the floor!!! read more

This is best example I've seen in many years of a business with no leadership, no training, no service, no concern for customer satisfaction. Went to store to get short 5.5" medium weight fishing rod that would fit my boat. Store salesman from gun area asked if I needed help, and then after finishing a gun purchase with prior customer, he assisted me. He was very helpful and things worked out for my purchases. Moreover, while checking out the two sales clerks asked if I found things OK -- and said they could help if I missed or needed something. This was ONLY my second venture into this store, but on both occasions I was pleasantly surprised. read more

3 year ago myself and 9 of my best invested well over $2,200 in paintball guns and gear, exclusively with Dunham's, only after a long conversation with management. We were assured that the perishables such as paintball and co2 would be there as needed. What a load of manure! At least 25 times attempting to have bottles refilled only 4 times did the store live up to their promise. Several time the employees were clueless of how 2, and other times " mechanical issues" we're said to be responsible. Twice I have talked with managers, one said he would check on it. One was so unprofessional he turned his back to me and almost sprinted to some private area. It's not rocket science people, and I bet pennies for dollars that any equipment issues could be squared away with items on the gas delivery truck. Don't know how far up the chain this statement may go,, to a Dunham perhaps. Just thought you should know type managers working for a company with your name. read more

I went to Dunham's in Lagrange ga today vs my usual drive to Academy or Dicks out of town. I won't ever make that mistake again. There were So many things wrong with this store. First I was in the store for approximately 1.5 hours. I was never greeted one time and never saw not one person on the sales floor. The clothes racks were in disarray. Any item I touched would cause an additional 4-5 items to fall to the floor. None of the apparel was labeled correctly meaning the ya her would say xl and the item was actually a small. There was no one available to assist with reaching items that were higher up so I used empty hangers that were just sporadically all over the place. Then I had to go to the front of the store to ask someone to open a dressing room which seemed to irritate them that they were interrupted. I then went to use the restroom that appeared to have not been cleaned in several weeks or even months. There was no toilet paper in either stall and a roll of the paper towels placed on the floor beside one toilet. Then I saw a lady exit from a door in the shoe Dept who actually spoke! I then struggled w the decision to actually make my purchase there due to the awful appearance and lack of service of this store. I made the purchase vs driving an hour Away since I had already vested so much time searching for what I needed. All of my items were shoved into a bag. As I exit the store I see the lady that I had seen earlier exit the back room in the shoe dept parking in the only handicap parking spot for the store. This just concluded my experience and I will never ever return to this store. I'm pretty sure it will shut down within the next 12 months due to lack of leadership and management.
