The delivery process was two-steps, and the time to delivery was several weeks, likely due to the time required to refurbish a unit. My elliptical was very carefully packed and first delivered to my garage on a pallet. A couple days later, technicians came and set the unit up in the room I use as a gym. After trying to make do with my wimpy weights for a peloton bootcamp class I called Fitness Warehouse to see what they had in stock. I was delighted to hear they had weights of every size. I asked them how to purchase (I've basically forgotten how to shop during these times) and they told me to come on by. I put on my mask and gloves and made my way to Fitness Warehouse, which is open til 6pm during the week. I was greeted a few friendly men who showed me a few different options. I was thrilled they had had exactly what I needed and weren't price gouging the weights like the rest of the industry. They were also nice enough to throw them in my trunk for me. I stopped at weights, but they had tons of cardio equipment, balls, kettleballs, bands and everything else one needs for an in home workout. They weren't wearing masks themselves today so I was glad I had mine on, but kept a good distance and I felt safe shopping there.

While I will be the first to say that they don't have EVERYTHING they do have a very good selection of weights, bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines, rigs, racks, etc. etc. If you're looking for something fitness related I would look here first. Now, they are owned by Body Solid so most of the stuff is branded as such. However, if you're not a very particular person (and seeking a specific brand) you should be able to find most of what you need here. For most stuff, brand doesn't matter. For other stuff it does... so check out here first and then acquire any additional items online. What I really like about this place, aside from the affordable prices, is the staff. They have always been very friendly, helpful, and honest. I asked about a few specific items and they guy lamented that they didn't carry it and I'd be better off shopping online. He didn't try to cross-sell me something I didn't want, or pressure me into ordering through them... I like that. It's a way of doing business that is going to keep me coming back to them in the future. Also, they are more than willing to help you carry stuff to the register or out to your car; such service! I'm a big fan of Fitness Factory and will be returning to them again in the future as my garage box takes shape (pardon the pun).
