I was in looking for Red Wings merchandise and was told they should have some here. The layout is like a mix between a workwear store and a sporting goods store. They've got tons of product and the prices are pretty fair. I didn't find a ton of Red Wings stuff, but I got a T-shirt that was nice along with some Michigan stuff. Go Blue! Staff was not overly abundant but were helpful, and I did run into a nice cashier named Arelene (or Arlene) who was from Canada as well, and she was very helpful. Next time I'm in town I'll probably see what else they have there. Worth the trip! read more

Walked around the Dunham's store in Midland today for a half hour looking for someone to help me with purchasing about 300 bucks worth of sports clothing for my Son. I asked the cashier twice to page someone to help and no clerks showed up. Finally asked the cashier again and he called to the back room. Whoever was back there said, "if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it", and refused to come out. Pissed off, I walked out. Two other's walked out at roughly the same time for the same reasons. Got home, got on the computer and guess what? Amazon has a "wardrobe" program for Prime members. Order stuff and it's shipped free, as in, no charge at all. Try on the items for fit, and return what you don't like, and pay for the items you want to keep. They even include a self sealing box complete with return labels. Dunham's obviously treats their employees like crap, and pays garbage wages, which is why you never see the same people there. Employees have no incentive to help sell the store items. With service like Amazon, Dunham's days are numbered. At least in Midland they are. read more

People Don't Have Any Commen sense Whats so ever!! I paid for some Champion Boxers and they told be it was fraud, after i went through my phone to make sure i have enough money to pay which it did so I pull out of my bank account and it showed me the transfer was completed and they make some dumb excuse about a couple day bullcrap show them that they don't understand jack crap about money, I just paid $23 worth of nothing and went home upset thanks to them read more

This location provided much better customer service than the location in Saginaw. I appreciated how I was greeted and the assistance I received. One thing that could have been better was staffing. Maybe it is the way the store is set up or maybe I went during a time when the were low for an unexpected reason, but it took me a while to find the area I was interestedly, and then I had to find someone to help me retrieve the item. read more

I was told by the amazing bay city store to call the Midland store to see if they had what I needed in stock good luck. Busy signal for about 5 min. Drove from bay city to Midland store while driving there I kept calling got to store stopped calling. Was busy the whole time. My guess they took phone off the hook. While in store I seen no one on the phone but line was still busy. Bay city store is tops Midland store bad customer service and the workers seem stuck up and me being there was a bother. So go to bay city. And ask for help see what happens. Midland is terrible. Wow read more

this is an amazing store with very helpful and hard working staff who know how to joke appropriately with customers and other staff of the business. They know how to get stuff done quick and easy and to a good job at it. now you may see that there is another review on this yelp website written by a (Cindy T.) with a one star please not shes a fucking lair. Terrible service, customers backed up while employees argued over who was going to work the register. In addition, other clerks standing around, joking LOUDLY. Very unprofessional. When I finally was waited on the sales girl was rude. One of the clerks was helpful in showing me how something worked. read more
