Josh was right there to help me and answer all my questions. He made sure to explain and give great feedback on any game I considered. He was wonderful with interacting with my son as well. He was kind and patient and took his time making sure I felt comfortable with my purchases. He made sure to let me know about their amazing rewards program! As a single mother I have to make sure I watch my spending and knowing that once my son grows out of his games he can exchange them for store credit towards new game or use the Rewards we earned from our purchases towards new games as well! My older kids heard them. That's so rude. They didn't want to help us and lost a customer. We had to drive out of our way for nothing. Horrible customer service. Do not go there.
