There was a boy working when I went in to get my husbands coffee remade and I will never go there again. This boys mouth was very gross in his way he was talking about customers in the drive-thru, even calling one a whore an needing to keep he legs closed. Also calling one a retard because they were having a hard time placing the order. Once I was finally waited on I then heard him say to the girl remaking the coffee, he says "daaa it taste like French Vanilla it has it in it"... I think that he used more cuss words when he spoke then not. This was not the first time I have been in there with him working and he talking poorly, this time however was AWFUL and made me feel very very uncomfortable. I have been trying to call the store all morning to talk to a manager, not that they will do anything but they wont even answer their phone. Sad thing is that my husband goes there every day on his way home to get an ice coffee to end his work day and to have to deal with this is nuts. hearing customers being talked about like that is not the best customer service. read more

Horrible place. Went inside and was told I was last customer at 5:30pm, because they were closing the lobby because there was only 2 people working (I've been there when only one person was working and he kept the lobby open), as they needed to get their "chores" done. I ordered a sandwich and she asked the other employee if they had English muffins and that employee, very moody, replied "yeah." Employee waiting on me, took my order then requested I pick it up at drive thru so she can lock the lobby. I agreed. I waited behind a car and when it was my turn, employee that waited on me told me the ovens were down and offered me a muffin, donuts, or a refund. You mean to tell me that you didn't know when you took my order that the ovens were down? Or when the other employee that answered the English muffin question, couldn't say the ovens were down? I took a refund, and had to explain the refund she gave me wasn't the amount I paid. As I was leaving, I saw two and pull in and try to enter the lobby. This place has gone . Service is pretty shitty at best, both times I've ordered a sandwich it was cold and almost frozen in the middle. I even mentioned it the second time getting a sandwich and was told oh no I just took it out of the cooker. Smh trash. Kids use to do better than these minimum wage adults. read more

Placed a mobile order ahead of time then had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Just for half of it to be made wrong. Went back to this establishment to get it remade but no one came to assist us for 15 minutes. After we were approached we ended up just asking for a refund and took our business elsewhere. read more

I was passing through the area on a Sunday afternoon and stopped here to use the restroom and grab a snack. The exterior and interior of the restaurant were very clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were friendly. My order was correct and fresh. The restaurant did seem adequately staffed with 3 people working, but the wait times were harshly slow. There were a group of 3 bikers that came in ahead of me and got one drink apiece. That seemed to create a big backlog, just for 3 beverages. The staff were definitely trying hard, but had a difficult time handling the rush. It could've just been a fluke. I would try it again. The parking lot has the "exit" sign where the drive-thru line begins. This is also an entrance. For those entering, they have to cut across the "exit" lane and into the drive-thru lane. This is the strangest and most dangerous configuration I've ever seen, especially since there's a second exit at the end of the drive-thru (exiting to the same road). read more

The Manager Heather has horrible customer service and she's horrible to her employees! She is no help at all, my girlfriend has been trying to figure out where her W-2 is, and Heather is no help whatsoever with it. She's told her employees to hang up on myself and Sara whenever we call. She is extremely shady. She needs to be fired for the way she acts! Horrible person to be in management! read more

Quite possibly the slowest service despite having 6 people behind the counter. 2 walk around aimlessly, 2 chat with each other while the other two tend to the drive through. 13 minutes waiting for coffee after my order was placed. No explanation just a bunch of employees dodging eye contact with me. And then they didn't even make the coffee as I ordered it. read more

This is the second time I've stopped at this Dunkin Donuts I go to quite a few Dunkin Donuts all around New York mass Boston Connecticut and I can honestly say every time I've came to this Dunkin Donuts around 30 in the morning the drive thru guy is amazing he even remembered me from the last time I was here which was at least a month ago I've never seen anybody make my espresso like he does it always comes out the best and I can honestly say out of the hundreds of Dunkin Donuts he gets two thumbs up for the best espresso drink keep up the good work drive thru guy and thank you read more

I went there yesterday and they tried to "force" a free coffee in me because they felt I had waited too long. I'll tell you i didn't. I've waited much longer at other dunks. I didn't accept because I had payed using the app already. But, it was still a thoughtful gesture. Very kind employees always. read more
