This Dunkin closes whenever they want. We got there before closing hours only to find out they had already cleaned and closed up. If you are supposed to be open until 7 then you should be open until 7. Sad. read more

The drinks are really good here. I always get them here they're never done wrong. However, I have given the food many tries and it's always burnt and stale. I ask for a lot of jelly and the manager on weekend morning tells them to specifically only out one in. I don't know who makes the breakfast sandwiches but they're disgusting. I go here almost every day because it is on my way to work. The coffee is always good but the service isn't. Sometimes they are not open when they should be & my "order on the go" is NEVER ready when I get there. I wish I had a closer stop along the way. read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I came with a group of friends to get coffee on our way to get bridesmaid dresses. We ordered three coffees and they did not repeat the order. When we pulled up to the window to receive our drinks they didn't have our order so we had to order everything again. Making the three coffees took about ten minutes. Skip this place. read more

Terrible! I asked for HEAVY cream and sugar, and got light cream ONLY! No sugar! Sent it back 3x and still wrong!

I ordered $20 worth of food and french vanilla coffee then changed it to an orange juice. They gave me a coffee anyway. I gave it to them and asked for french vanilla. 2 minutes later they finally came back to the window and said have a good day with a condescending sneer. Correct customer service should have been to inform me they didnt charge me for it and give me the option to buy rather than wasting product and having me sit in the line wondering where my coffee was. The Mexican women at the drive through were prejudice, their face said it all. Their version of customer service depends on the customer. So since they thought the situation was laughable, i just politely told them to make me another. I will not be going back there. I refuse to fund any disrespectful establishment. read more

The girl who took care of us this morning was THE MOST IGNORANT person I have ever dealt with. I ordered an Extra Large coffee with just cream. She takes my DD card and it took a while before she came back. When she finally came back she was handing me an extra large iced coffee. I told her I ordered an Extra Large Coffee just cream. She then gets very irate and says " Well that's not what you paid for". She told me I just paid for a large coffee and do I want to pay the difference. I told her to just give me what I paid for then. The worker behind her was handing her an Extra Large coffee and she threw it back to her and told her that I didn't pay for an extra large that I just paid for a large. I finally get my large coffee and leave. When I started drinking it it was a coffee with cream and SUGAR. To say the least, I didn't to have any coffee this morning and will never visit THAT DD again. To many DD's around to go to where they don't treat you like you're dirt. read more

Visited the local a few days ago, sat down with my family at a table and noticed a roach on the floor. When I talked the the manager, she disrespected me and accused me of plotting the roach. Never had happened to me before and was one of the worst sutitstion I've had. read more

This is the worst location I have been to. The staff is very rude and if you ask them to repeat your order they huff and puff about it. I always ask them to repeat it to me because 9 out of 10 times your order will be wrong. I went to get a smores coffee and I had to send it back 3x because they kept giving me plain coffee. Worst Dunkin around.... ordered 2 donuts and an iced coffee with extra extra... it took about 5 min to make my coffee and no one was ahead of me .... the cashier gave me incorrect amount of change back , I get handed my coffee and my bag of donuts. I assumed the straw was in the bag ( my fault for assuming ) so I pulled away got on expressway before I noticed I had no straw ! Can't drink an iced coffee while driving with no straw!! I have gone to this dunkin donuts the past 3 days thinking each time would be better. The first time my order was all messed up. So the second time I went, the person who I was ordering to repeated the order back to me and it was wrong so I said I would start over since yesterday my order was wrong. I repeated my order and the guy got rude with me. Today I decided I would go in...needless to say my order was still wrong. I order a Carmel swirl iced coffee with cream and easy sugar (liquid sugar) I got unsweetened Carmel and normal sugar...first off why would you put normal sugar in a cold drink?
